I ordered a #1 Dave's Single Meal and specifically asked for ketchup before I pulled around to the window. When I got my order,... I double checked the bag and didn't have ketchup. I made eye contact with two workers inside the window who both looked awayinstead of coming back to the window to see what I needed. I waited patiently for several more minutes, and I even gave my hornone toot. Finally someone came back over once there was another person behind me to ask what I needed. I got 3 packets ofketchup and then left. Once I drove away, and opened my sandwich, I had received a spicy chicken sandwich instead of mycheeseburger! ???? Since I avoid confrontation, I did try eating the chicken sandwich, but it was entirely too spicy and so Ileft more than half of it. I went back to the restaurant to see if I could get the correct sandwich. When I pulled around, thesupervisor on staff exclaimed, "WELL YOU ALREADY ATE IT!" Then she rolled her eyes at me, and threw the remainder of the chickensandwich in the trash. My entire experience made me feel so less than, like I was an annoyance instead of a paying customer.Honestly, I almost cried. Read more

Third time in a row!! I try to give y?all chances because wendys is my favorite and this one is on my way to work! The last... three times getting my order it has been wrong. I even went as far as telling the lady I do not eat pork! All I order is a eggcheese biscuit combo with a chocolate frostichino?. How hard is and egg cheese biscuit? first two times both had sausage aftertelling them I do not eat pork!!! This time?. It?s not even a biscuit!!!! Come on wendys!!! We came in with a whole bus load of soccer players (20ish), and the staff was able to help us quickly, efficiently, and nicely.... Everything went smoothly, and all of us were ordered and delivered in under 30 minutes. We will probably be back next year forour next preseason scrimmage too! Read more
Service was good. Got our food very fast. The restaurant looked really clean. The food was hot and fresh. I got the chili and is... was so hot I had to let it cool down.
