If you wanna continue to have a good day- don?t go here. The people that work here are not nice and just have poor attitudes.... They will cut you off before you can finish saying one item on your order. I understand needing more employees but if you can?tdo something right, don?t do it at all. And don?t ask for ketchup at the window, they will tell you rudely that you should?vementioned it at the drive thru speaker. But keep in mind; I kept getting cut off so I didn?t even get to finish anything on myorder and upgrade my combo because of the poor service provided. Read more
Patty the general manager is rude! She was rushing me when I was trying to order. I asked for fresh nuggets and she made a smart... comment. She told me I couldn't add food on at the window. My boys and I came through the drive thru tonight to get us some 4 for $4s. Amanda was on the speaker. She had the best... customer service and was so friendly! Closed off dining only drive thru and it takes 30 min to get thru it. The employees need to learn from chick fila on how to get... you thru drive thru more timely and pleasantly. Need to at least greet you when pulling up to order. You sit there wondering ifanyone knows you are there and then rude when asking you to wait when you say hello just to be sure they know you are there.Other wendy locations do better but the one on 127 will not get my service any more. Food tastes old making me wonder what was Ieven waiting if not getting fresh hot sandwich? Read more
