Me personally I really like Zaxbys chicken seems to be on par with many other fast food chains but they are super pricey and... food is nothing compared in size and amount as advertised. Chicken and fries were fresh, but service was borderline rude, several items were missing from our order, drink machine was out... of everything but a few odd diet drinks, and trash cans were overflowing. The location off of l'n'r boulevard has never been very good in my book. Each time I go through drive-thru it takes an... incredible amount of time to get through and they're always out of something and each time I've repeatedly repeated my orderover the intercom and even at the window repeating it I still end up getting something missing or incorrect. I know I'm goingto sound like a Karen here but it just really stinks when the folks working there seem like they couldn't care less and I end uptrying again and regretting going there. Read more

I went to the zaxby?s in Hickory, NC on LR blvd tonight and ordered a wingz and things meal and paid for extra zax sauce. The... lady in the drive through at the register had to ask how to add the zax so I know for sure it was added despite me having myreceipt. I get home (20 mins from restaurant) and open my box to see that it is only wings and no zax sauce. I call to let themknow my order was not right and I was hung up on without the person even asking what happened. I called back to give the benefitof the doubt and then she hung up on me again. My fiancé then calls and she does that to him as well but he used his manlyvoice and someone else gets on the phone. He asked her name and position and she said Traneia (manager). My fiancé proceeded totell her what happened and that he did not appreciate the other associate hanging up the phone on us. She apologized on theother employees behalf and asked us to back and we would have the order remade. This whole incident was completely uncalled forand could have been resolved easily but a lazy disrespectful employee decided she wanted it to be otherwise. Recent drive through trips have included messed up orders and missing forks for salads. Today I ordered 2 Kids Nibblers- got... home to find tenders and fries instead. Ordered waters with those. One was quite brown, the other only slightly. I ordered agrilled sandwich with no mayo. I was told it does not come with mayo. That was odd since the sign clearly said mayo. Ended upwith mayo on the sandwich. Take it back and explain what happened. I was told it was ranch. Whitest ranch I have ever seen. Itell them I still don't want ranch. The girls up front were nice. The sandwich was sent back and came back in about a 15 sectime span. Def not enough time to have fixed this properly. Kid in the back walks out of the kitchen, looks back at the sandwichand tries to hide a laugh as he runs off. Last dollar they'll ever get from me. Read more

Disgusting! I went to refill my drink when I took the lid off my drink I seen two little bugs on top of the ice. I was so... disgusted I felt like throwing up my meal. I immediately showed an employee and they called her manager over. The manager lookedat my drink and said those are not bugs it?s just dust. Mind you I know it?s bugs because I seen little legs and tentacles.Regardless if it was bugs or not who wants to see dust in their drink or anything for the matter. The manager was more worriedabout proving that it wasn?t a bug but dust. She?s hilarious for that. She offered another Coke or a refund and I accepted therefund because why would I want another coke just to have the same problem. My friend stayed to wait for the refund while I wentto the bathroom to wash out my mouth. When I got out I went to look for my friend i?m near the cash register, she was gone but Idid catch the manager still talking about how it was not a bug but dust.
