First time eating here as I've done uber eats delivery for them plenty in the passed and the food always smelled good. Order... some chicken parmesuan and the lasagna and First off the lasagna was super salty and there was hardly any actual noodle in thecontainer. The chicken was really thin and over cooked the longer it set before eating it got hard and swear the meal juststarted tasting worse as we ate it. They have great service inside but the food quality was not there at all... not the type tocall and try and get my money back, this is more of a learning experience for me and I won't be returning with just seeing thecarelessness when preparing the food. We have ate romanos in lake dallas so many times we thought try a new place but yeah I'mgoing to stick to romanos, much cheaper and the food is always and I mean always amazing! Read more
Had takeout . My salad was in a puddle of water. It was disgusting. Sent them an email explaining how bad it was. No one reached... out to me so that's why I'm making this review. Since they did not care...I don't care. I will never eat here again. I wish Icould put the pictures up so everyone could see how disgusting it was. They obviously don't care. Read more

Ok so this visit to Genti’s was not 5 star experience. But I base the review on my overall impression over the many times I... have been over the years. The proprietors are absolute dolls. They always touch the tables and genuinely care about the food,and the customer experience. This time I felt our wait staff was a little bit rough around the edges when it comes tohospitality. I feel that if management reads this I would recommend that you train your staff to be more like you. And then itwould be better. 4 stars this trip but 5 overall for sure. Food is decent. The salads are fresh and the dressing is homemade. Chicken is over cooked and tough. The eggplant and spinach... are cooked well though. The pasta is cooked well not too hard not too soggy and as for sauce. The red is good but the pink isaverage. The meatballs are made from a cheap meat so they don't taste amazing. Similar to something you would find in the frozensection at Wal-Mart. The decor is upscale but you can come dressed casual. There is never a wait in the morning not sure atdinner time. Bathrooms are clean so that isbanplus but all in all I would not eat here again. Prices are moderate. Read more
