I have modified my rating from a 5 star to a 3 star. This location has gone from 5 to 3. Most of the staff is friendly and we... visit this location a few times a week so we are very familiar. On to the issue that has been reoccurring for the last month atleast. The coffee is lukewarm at best...just the regular, basic, coffee...what they are known for...we have gone at differenttimes of day/morning and it is so consistent that we run to the Chevron next door to put it in the microwave there to heat it toa hot temperature. We have asked them at the drive thru to fix it and are met with varying degrees of customer service. Wehave decided, on several occasions, to just pull to the front of the store and go in and get it fixed when they are busy so notto hold up the line. We would hate to be seen as "Karens" as the modern day vernacular might have you believe lest there be aviral video out of the moment. We have spoken to a manager about how we can better order our basic beverages to our liking. Alas instead of purchasing a $3 sad Starbucks cuppa we take a Kcup from home at this point. Ordered my usual coffee a hot white chocolate mocha and drove up to the window. Then received my drink and it was not even close... to full, not hot at all and no receipt was given to me. Very disappointing Read more
It's a regular Starbucks on a very busy corner. I had thier water in a plastic cup.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Coffee and food were great. Place is clean.
They stay busy and sometimes they run out of the good stuff because of it. But out of all the other options for mobile orders in... this area, this is my go-to. Seriously... I never have issues, ever! They know how to pronounce my name and by now they know I'maddicted to their Sriracha. Thank you for the consistency because it seems to be a dwindling commodity! Read more
I don?t know what it is about this exact location, but the drinks NEVER taste the same as the other Starbucks. I?ve been to... Hawaii, Colorado, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and more. The white chocolate mocha hasn?t changed much over the 10+years I?ve been ordering it. Yet some how, it always manages to taste off at this one location for years, every few months I trythem just incase it?s been fixed and still the same results! A shame, I can?t get my favorite Starbucks drink by my own home. Read more
