They don?t honor their promos
I don?t know his name (the barista) I should have asked or looked. He?s awesome. He served me and my daughter on 1-21-2022.... Tried to tell us how to leave him a review on the app and I tried EVERYTHING to do it but I can?t find out how so I?m doing ithere! He works most weekday mornings and he?s fantastic! We specifically go to this Starbucks for his great service and not thestand alone Starbucks right across the street! I?m sacrificing stars for not being able to order ahead at this Starbucks butit?s worth it for the excellent service that is happier and FASTER than the one across the street!
