I actually can?t believe I put this on my to do list but here it goes. This is our local Burger King. We moved into the... neighborhood 2 years ago and rarely eat fast food. But when we do, we love Burger King. We?ve attempted multiple times to gothrough the drive thru to order but can never actually get someone on the intercom. We?ve reversed out of this drive thru 7times since we moved into the neighborhood. We timed it once for 17 minutes that we got sandwiched between two cars to orderand couldn?t leave. I know what you?re thinking, ?why go through so much for Burger King?? Well, you?ve likely never had theirdouble cheeseburgers, small fry and Dr. pepper. It rules. This place doesn?t and I?d avoid it if you can. Hopefully some sort ofmanagement sees these reviews and helps this location be more efficient. Read more

Wow as I read all these terrible reviews I get it because the exact same thing happened to me Today.... I paid for the two for... 6 breakfast sandwiches and used cash as my payment method but didn't get a receipt and when I asked for a receipt the Heavy setlady stating that she was the manager refused to give me a receipt odd? She didn't even ring my order in she asked for thesandwiches back and gave my money when I asked for the corporate number she started cursing and slammed the window. This is the only BK I trust to go to. Food is usually good, order always right. But seeing 5 people standing in front of the... window and sitting 10 minutes at the sign to order and 20 for food doesn?t feel like fast food too much. Oh, and the burger waspretty cold too. Horrible. Twice I have made orders thru Burger King ap. Both times when I went to drive thru Waited forever. Second time I... pulled up to window and told them to cancel my order. They said they would, but they didn't. I got charged for it. Read more

Date of Occurrence: July 19th (Tuesday)/2022 Time: 11PM I wanted to get some BK for about a week, I went there on Sunday prior... to this date and they were closed at 8PM for no disclosed reason, anyhow so I Googled the hours the restaurant is open onTuesday the 19th and it said it is open until Midnight on this particular day, I also called the location at about 10:50pm,someone picked up, I asked if they're open until Midnight to confirm to which the person said they are, so I hopped in the carand made my trip there. I arrive at 11:03pm, go through the Drive-Thru and wait at the Ordering Board, nobody answers, I wait afew minutes, nothing, I take out my phone and call, someone picked up and you can hear they place the phone down and press thehook switch, it's an old "trick" to stop people from calling the phone anymore. So I call again and as thought, the phoneline is"busy" now, call again, same thing, I then approach the cashier window and see the lights are on in the whole place, but nobodyis there, the guy basically hid somewhere and avoided working, I went through the Drive-Thru again and no answer again, I gaveup and left. This type of Customer Service is unbelievably pathetic. I called this location couple days later and complained tothe "Manager", he just took my name and phone number and said someone will reach out, and no one did! This location clearly hasissues with Management and Customer Service. I am contacting Corporate because someone higher up needs to know what is going onthere. You are a sorry excuse for a Franchise and for a Service based business. Read more

All of it, Horrible. I drove through drive thru. Gave my order and the girl taking the order was telling me to pull to the... window when I wasn?t even done ordering. This was after each meal. Didn?t ask what drink I wanted with the meal. When pulling upshe had a terrible attitude, didn?t know anything about what she was charging. This is all bad! Let?s not get started on thesmell of weed coming from the inside. Unbelievable. Stopped going to this Burger King. Read more

I will never go to that burger King ever again customer service is terrible. Burger King had some young lady working in the... drive through. My son was ordering his food. He made mistake baconator the young had attitude and this not Wendy. And had thenerve to say if you not ordering any thing get out line. If this how they allow there employees to talk to customers.
