Dining room was closed and locked at 12:15 pm on a Saturday. Looked like an employee had their kids set up in a booth in the... restaurant. That?s a hallmark of terrible management, so we left. I won?t even go through the drive through of a place thatcares so little about customers. Read more
This was the horrible Wendy?s I ever been to . My food was dry, the white male at the window was so unprofessional, he handle me... my car while horseplaying with another associate, then I ask him which drink I was receiving he said he don?t know. They close down their dining room with no notification constantly. We walk there because we live in a nursing home and give up... our dinner and failed to eat due to their lack of communication. Poor attitude and poor disposition leads us getting food inline but otherwise now we are Burger King from this point forward at this location. Read more
During lunch hours the place is great but they close at 10-not midnight like what's posted online and on their door. Pulled up... to the speaker to order, had to ask if anyone was there after awhile, and was met with a rude person saying "we're closed" withthe most attitude I've ever heard. Explains why the guy in front of me sped off. I'm assuming they close at ten, but theywouldn't answer when I asked what time they closed. Read more
I work in the area so I usually like to go by here and grab a quick bite to eat and the staff has always been nice, which helps.
I know it's a just a Wendy's, but this is probably one of the best Wendy's I've been to. The restaurant was immaculate, even... the bathrooms. The girls working here were super friendly. Awesome customer service. The food was all fresh and hot, andassembled like they actually cared. There's nothing negative I can say about my visit. Read more
Used to be good quality, not anymore. Went there with my son these are actual pictures of what they gave us. Paid for full meals... instead they skimp us on more than 1/2 the fry orders. Look closely at the chicken it is NOT A FULL PIECE YOU CAN SEE WHERESOMEONE TORE OFF PART OF THE CHICKEN. Never a problem with this place. Drive thru (even when busy) is fast and food is always hot. Never too busy (steady throughout... the day). I miss the old building, but the new one is really nice (better than the dismal McDonald's, 3 blocks east). A trueWendy's, right in the neighborhood. The drive thru is indeed open until 10 (it used to be until midnight). You can still "EatGreat, Even Late," as the drive thru is open until midnight (or 1 AM). I visit this location in the afternoon or evening. Read more
