???????????????????? Unfortunately I must give a very bad review to this establishment. If you know how long I've been rating;... you know I really do not like to give ANY bad reviews. But from the minute we arrived, the server assigned to my table wasabruptly rude, extremely late to take our order; and racist. She never once checked on my table. I was there w/my boyfriend andshe never once acknowledged our table. It was as if we were inconveniently eating there, bothering her. I was dumbfounded by howshe intentionally tried to ignored us ???? Even when we were waiting for her to take our order for over 30 min! ????The entireplace was not busy at all, it was a reasonable amount of customers and yet we were treated as if we were not even there. If youdo decide to eat in, please make note of the above mentioned points. It is my hope to ensure that they be aware of this veryimportant courtesy to the customer, which comes a long way. The establishment needs to train their staff more inbebt when itcomes to customer service. Very bad for service??????????? especially when the server is the main point of contact when it comesto long time customers. The attachment shows flies ????yes inside???? while we waited ? ???? Good tea and food which tends to be exotic with fine service. I have brought friends over that ended up raving about the coffee... or soup of the day. The perfect place to go for some late night food and conversation. They never make you rush out and thereare plenty of tables both inside and outside. I wish it closed a bit later though. Read more
Three times is enough.. On the third visit, a Friday afternoon 7/15/22 at 4:21 I sat down outside. At 4:24 a gentleman cleaning... tables asked if I needed a menu.. at 4:31 I walked away. I've never in my life sat down at a restaurant and waited 10 minutesbefore a server came over to check to see if I was OK or take my order. Not due to being busy either, there were maybe 5 othercustomers in the restaurant. There was a lack of desire to serve me... even after I made eye contact with two servers - nothing.I know where I'm not wanted. The time before this, I had a server who wasn't as friendly to me as I observed she was with othertables. There were a group of older men about 30ft away making openly racist remarks to which another customer nearby had tocome over and apologize for their behavior. First visit, I had no issues, I dined in with a friend. The food, I will say isgood but this is the only saving grace for me. Lack of desire to serve and some of the inexcuseable behavior of their regularcustomers is a huge issue. Read more
This is unfortunate because their food is good. However over the past few months it seems prices are higher (which is everwhere)... but they also cut the portions. Today, we ordered the steak fajita and no exaggeration, it had 5 total thin strips of steak. Andthey were dry! For the price, it's completely outrageous. Will definitely be more mindful of what is ordered if we ever doagain. Read more
If I could give 10 stars I would. But max is 5. Had my daughter's graduation party here on 2022.06.18. EVERYTHING was... FANTASTIC. The food the drinks the service. And reasonably priced. Our group caused some chaos but Nick the owner and ourserver Jessica handled everything wonderfully. The best. Thank you for listening to my rant. Oh and this is a nice place for aregular dinner also: the calamari is surprisingly delicious and the hot wings are the best I've had. Ever. Read more
