My husband and I have eaten at this location a few times now and our experience is a little different every time. The atmosphere... at the bar really depends on the bartender you get. We actually picked up an order the last time and that was THE WORSTexperience we've ever had. After I arrived, I was waiting another 25 minutes before my wings were brought out. BWW is hit or miss. My last experience was definitely a hit. Food was great, only downside was getting my 6 year old to have to... patiently wait for silverware while his Mac and cheese sat in front of him. Other than that, great time, delicious wings. Read more
I’m usually a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but this location just didn’t do it for me. The service was okay and my meal was... subpar. I had chicken tenders where the breading looked like it was missing or fell off on pieces and the food was a tad cold. Maybe because I came late night but definitely had better from BWW. Read more
Horrible service, dry over cooked wings, terrible mixed drinks. We sat for 35 minutes waiting for just drinks. Food came first... and was missing part of the order. We asked for Togo boxes as soon as we received our food and we still have not received ourboxes or check. I will never eat here again. It's 3:24pm. I want my money back but I won't fuss... Standard chain restaurant tickled inside Broadway Mall. I like Buffalo over Hurricane and most of the non-chain places in the... area. Their wings are the right size, right crispiness, right number of sauce and dry rub options. Not our favorite Buffalolocation in the area - we prefer the calmer, more family friendly ambience of the Farmingdale location. Ordered to go from UberEats and lots of issues with the order. I usually love BWW and mainly go to the Farmingdale... location. Issues included: 1) Poor Food Quality. The wings were overcooked and smelled like it was cooked in old oil and justwasn't enjoyable as usual. 2) Poor Packing - We ordered a 30 piece traditional wings with 6 different sauces. It all came in 1container with no separations. No cookie sheets..nada. This means the spicy wings are directly touching the non spicy wings. Whomixes spicy and non spicy wings together? Really poor packing. This also meant the non spicy wings my kids wanted, now haveCarolina Reaper and Mango Habanero sauce on it. 3) Getting my order wrong: We ordered Large french fries and instead got Onionrings. It was partially my mistake for not checking before i left teh store. Got home, realized the order was wrong, calledback and they took my info down to put in a book. Service is usually fairly quick and professional. Granted, I've only really gone during off hours (read not during... football). Wings are decent. The sauces are what make it great. Outside of the wings their offerings are great but notabsolutely amazing. We usually just come here for the wings and some apps. Beer offerings are your normal fare of domestics andimports. Basically nothing you haven't seen before. Mixed drinks are fairly weak but not too pricey especially during happyhour. Nice place to just bring the family every once in a while. Read more
