rude and slow. ordering for office lunch, had to ask for receipt 3 times man behind the counter kept saying okay and then... walking away without giving it to me then got annoyed when I asked again and finally gave the receipt to me. he was the onlyone working during lunch rush so I think he was overwhelmed but still never coming here ever again. will go out of my way to notcome here. Low quality workers. The cashier took his time acknowledging me and when he finally does he rudely proceeds to ask me: "what do... you want?" No wonder you work here buddy and probably always will. Zero social skills. Its incredible how these individuals failto realize that the customer is the sole reason why you are in business and acquire your pay check. Get these guys out of here!They do not deserve this job! Give it to people who will actually appreciate it and treat people with dignity, instead of as abother. Hire people who actually want to work. The first time I went there I ordered a meal with cheese fries and when I got home they had bacon on them and I do not eat land... meat. Also the guy behind the counter that works there in the day was very rude and disrespectful. The second time I went therewas a few days ago. I ordered a sandwich and when I got home I saw that he had rolled the paper into the inside of the sandwichbread with the contents of the sandwich melted into it, so basically I had to take out half what was inside because it hadpaper in it melted. The food is good. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. The worst part is I don't even write reviews like that but Im... hoping corporate sees this.. The guy behind the counter was so rude. He worked Monday afternoon shift at Broadway mall. He wasso bothered that we were ordering food. I asked for extra mayo that was a problem, i told him I wanted fries that was aproblem. This mall already doesn't get that much foot traffic so for you to add poor customer service ontop of it, is poorjudgment. I'm sorry but I'll just go to Roosevelt field mall next time. Read more
