Ordered on 11/11/22 and it took an hour and a half to arrive (which we figured was because of Veterans Day) but today (11/15/22)... we placed an order at 4:30pm and at about 5:40pm it?s still in ?prep? according to the app and I tried to call the store TWICEwith no response! When I placed the order it had stated 18-28 minutes estimated delivery time and it was delivered at 6:10 andthe delivery guy was rude! Common domino?s do better! Read more

I ordered 2 medium pizza order No 503. And instructions was no sausage, beef or pepperoni. We started eating found out ther was... couple pepperonis. The worst experience I ever had with Dominoes. The customer service is horrible. There was a guy in there coughing while making... the pizza. I ordered I handmade pizza when my pizza arrived my crust was the thinnest crust I?ve ever seen. I called to try toget a new one made and I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered the phone. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOES. Read more
Very poor customer service. I?ve had many issues with the workers and managers. In august 2020, with a state mask mandate, I... picked up my food and no one working there had a mask on. Since then, I?ve had many infuriating exchanges with their workers. Iwould recommend ordering from a different dominos. Edit in June 2022: I was asked to give this store another try. They told meto contact them 6 hours before I wanted my order, so I did. They said they would give me 50% off, so my total would come out tothe same amount as if I used one of their online coupons. Horrible all around.. Received my order 2 hours after ordering, estimated time said 36 minutes. When I got the order, the pizza... was cold and there was no red sauce just cheese. When I called back, he offered me something towards my next order. Neverordering again from here. They take your money, rush to make the pizza throw cheese on and you have to deal with it.
