I ordered 2 coffees today and neither of them had the lids on tight. As a result the scalding hot coffee spilled all over my car... seat and down my leg burning me, turns out the lids wouldn?t fit snug on either cup. Done going here Read more
I stopped in for a bagel and breakfast sandwich Saturday 5/1/2021 at the time I was the only customer in the store. I ordered... and paid with cash, the cashier/server was wearing gloves. She proceeded to prepare the food with the same gloves. When I askedher to change her gloves, another lady came from the back and said we are too busy to change gloves. I then replied it's notbusy I'm the only one here and it's actually the correct thing to do. She replied "no one has ever complained or ask to changegloves". Read more
