This is a review specifically for Rachel, the birthday party planner and host for my son?s birthday. The best way to sum up... Rachel is that she is a unicorn. It is SO rare to find people who are this enthusiastic and genuinely interested in their work.On top of that she was just plain great at her job; a skilled party planner and host. She was so helpful and thorough during theplanning process. She always gave great suggestions without ever pressuring me. As our party host Rachel was fantastic withorganizing and engaging the children and making sure all of the kids and adults needs were being met. I was seriously blownaway, she went above and beyond to give my son the best birthday. A lot of the other parents noticed it to. I highly recommend! Read more
Filthy. Only wait to describe it. Complained to the manager about the state of the bathrooms and the entire store in general and... was given an apology saying he just started his shift and this is how it was when he arrived. Really? The previous manager hadno problem leaving it in that state? How clean can the kitchen be? Just appalling. Read more
2 stars because the girl on the drive through was not friendly or efficient. I offered to pay for a cup of pickles because I... like extra pickles on my burger. Her response was that they already put pickles on the burgers. Food was not hot enough for thewait that I had to wait. Read more
Preordered from this McDonald?s one day, can?t recall the time but the lunch menu was still available on the app. Ubered over... there and was online for a good 15 minutes before getting to the window and was told to wait again for another few minutesbefore being told they weren?t serving lunch even though I preordered. I asked if i could come inside and order since my Uberdriver was growing impatient and they told me yes. When I walked to the front of the store the people on shift looked andlaughed at me without opening the door. Essentially they left me out in the cold alone and starving at 4am and found it veryfunny. Very inhumane I remember y?all faces be easy???????? Read more
Besides the fact that I've been coming to this mcdonalds since im a kid for the play place, I come here as an adult now and am... very pleased with the service. The morning drive thru cashier (I think her name is antonia not sure!!) Is so sweet and nice. Shealways is so prompt and great with service. They are quick to serve and my order is always correct. 10/10 Read more
Our order was not quite filled correctly but was straightened out by the manager. Thank you! I understand people make mistakes,... we are all human and I am fine with that. The bathrooms on the other hand needed lots of attention, lots of attention. Food quality was acceptable and meet McDonald's standards. The play place is state of the art. Though the play place dining area... was not tended to. Many tables were dirty with food scraps and no staff around to bus tables. The bathrooms were unclean. Thestaff was not attentive either. For example, my wife ordered a large fries with her meal. The large fries didn't arrive and shewas ignored for several minutes before she could get anybody's attention to rectify the matter. Experience could have beenbetter for a flagship store. Read more
