I am their regular customer, order there at least once a week. They messed up my order; they forgot to bring a drink, and the... dipping sauce. I called to complain; however he was telling me the deal which I ordered no longer exists, Which is far from thetruth because I ordered from the app. And been ordering the same deal every week for a few months now. The person was extremelyrude, I explain them if it?s a simple mistake it?s fine, I am bringing to their attention, but he was just keep on telling mehow the mistake was sent from my end. Very dirty, in these day and age where people are getting so sick and germ conscious. The person at the register took the... payment from a customer, enters it into her computer before knitting the dough. All without washing or using a glove. The manthat takes over from her also played on his phone before sprinkling some cheese on the dough also without a glove. They don'tseem to care!! Where is the department of health. Called up to place an order. Some guy thinking he was being funny claimed I had called Dominos Pizza. I hung up and called... back. This time he pretended to get confused with my order making to the point where it was apparent that the fellow waseither a jerk trying to impress his buddies who were likely listening in and laughing in the back or he was recording his nextsegment for Tik Tok. I told him to act professional and get his act together, wherein he hung up on me. I am a longtimecustomer. Never experienced such treatment or bad service in the past. I've given this place multiple tries and I always regret it. My order was estimated to take an hour, and nothing. At 1 hour 20... mins I tried calling. Couldn't get through. The option for "order status" said "no one is available" the option for manager,left me on hold for 15 minutes. I literally got in my car and drove to the location. 2 mins before I arrived, I got a call fromthe delivery guy he arrived. A whopping 1 hour and 45 minute wait. Love their garlic dip and that maybe the reason we keep going back. As for service, nothing wrong with it. On their website, I... like to pre-order but it only lets me schedule it for - say 6/7PM. But I'd like to pick up around 6:45 PM so I just call thestore to make the change. A pain, but I do it anyways.
