Went in to order. I had to let them know they had mold on their cheese. Bright green visible spots on multiple slices! They... simply took off the top layers and threw them off to the side. THEY ARE MISERABLE. I ordered a simple salad with turkey and the girl put in the salad just a single slice for $7.99 is that... possible? then, when I asked for a little bit more I realized that she charged me $1.75 more. I used subway for close to 20 years, but I never had this experience before. When a worker (whose name starts with P, but will... not reveal her full name at the moment) asks me for vegetables, I picked couple of them but asked for more because she onlypicked up one spoonful of vegetables. She then did not put guacamole for Cali Fresh, so I again reminded her that she did notput the guacamole. At the end of the order, she then gave me attitude and said in aggressive manner, ?You can ONLY pick 3vegetables like what is shown in the picture, so you can only have lettuce, spinach, and cucumber, and I did NOT forget to putguacamole!?. When I asked her that I never had this issue before, she then responded ?NOW YOU KNOW? and continued to argue withme. She said it in front of many people, waiting in the line. I used subway for close to 20 years, but never heard that I canonly have 3 vegetables as shown in menu picture and even if it is, that should be clearly written somewhere for customers tosee. Been there a few times for lunch and this place is awful, next to no ingredients- mostly bread. Love Subway and its delicious... sandwiches, however, at this place, they are very cheap when making the sandwiches. It seems they are being charged for everyitem they place in the sandwiches. They count every single ingredient and even the dressing. The promotion of being generousdoesn't apply here. Do you want a real subway sandwich, go to another subway restaurant or a deli and see if they are generousand make sandwiches better than this place! Second time I've visited this Subway because of convenience but probably the last. I've never seen someone put such a little bit... of lettuce and oil and vinegar. It's like it's the last of the supply and they need it to last a year. Read more
This was owned by a guy named Jim for a couple of years. He did a great job. The new management is cheap on the portions. The... quantities are just too small on the footlongs to make it worthwhile. The employees aren't as friendly as the ones who workedfor Jim. Read more
It's a subway so don't go expecting 5 star quality. I got a simple footlong(Tuna) so nothing big to type up has happened.... Although the speed that they prep up the footlong can be questionable. More complicated sandwiches may take a bit longer.Definitely room for improvement but its easy to overlook it as most of the time you come here as a last resort anyways. Read more
