Ordering online isn't worth it, it's always wrong, in person service is much better
Will NOT return. Today was the 1st and LAST time I will go to Hicksville subway. We were rushed, food was A BIG MESS AND 2 OUT... OF THE 3 STAFF WAS THE MOST RUDEST, SNOBBIEST PEOPLE I've ever met! the ONLY reason i?m giving this a 1 star is because of the lady that was working when i went in today. very, VERY... unprofessional. my sub was absolutely sloppy, she was very rude. i?ve NEVER had a problem with the night shift crew. no matterhow busy they are, they NEVER made my sub or anyone else?s sloppy. i will NOT be going back during the day. Great food. Service is poor, if Nichole is working you might as well say forget it, such a bad attitude. Update: I will never be... eating here again, they can?t even get a online order right with the instructions right in front of them. Unfortunately thisisn?t the first time it?s happend. Best subway in the entire world. Contrary to previous comment, nichole is the best. She is always on point and knows how to make... a sandwich. The other girls are fantastic as well, always wonderful service and high quality food. This subway is the epitome ofwhat fresh is. Read more
