Imagine ordering dominoes after a long day of work and finally sitting down to a box of warm pizza ready to watch that 70?s show... and then it hits you that the pizza has NO sauce ???? I would understand if ya?ll busy ,but there was like 6 crew members and 2orders in total, c?mon.I called and they couldn?t do a refund, where asking for pictures and to return to the store at almost11pm in Las Milpas. my kids asleep and I can?t leave him alone. Hung up because of the horrible service and to top it off theycalled back liked 4 times even w a personal # so I blocked it lol. Anyways I never do reviews ,but what better way to pass mytime sitting on the toilet regretting the 12 dollars I could?ve used at Pizza Hut?. Read more

Supervisor Diego is incompetent plus has no customer service experience I really don?t understand how can they put someone with... such little empathy for the customer to manage a place when clearly he has no experience on dealing with people becausethroughout my 15 minute call with him he never let me speak he kept talking above me (I have the whole conversation recorded)and practically he said they couldn?t do anything about them messing up my order when they sent the pizza with marinera sauceand in my house we are allergic to it that why we order with Alfredo Or Garlic Sauce Read more
Usually This location is really well. #8055 I was once told I couldn?t get a paper receipt because they just don?t do that at... this location. It?s been twice I couldn?t redeem a coupon I?ve been emailed, which is very disappointing. That?s because I evenspoke to a manager. Read more
