The service for one wasn?t the greatest. I?m sitting here waiting for my food, and seriously couldn?t wait write this... review. The music is RIDICULOUSLY LOUD!! I get you want to listen to music while you eat, which is fair, but the volume isoutrageously loud. Drunk at a night club loud. It?s uncomfortable. We couldn?t hear our waiter. I asked the DJ, the two ladiesup front, and our waiter twice to lower it, all in the first ten minutes of being here and no one listened. Whoever runs thisplace, get it together. Ordered via phone, when we went to pick it up they stated there was no order under the name the individual was rude and... unprofessional with trying to justify why she didn?t find the order. The order was there. The food had no flavor some of it wascold. Waste of money. Oh and don?t order the dip take out they place it on parchment paper causing it to leak out all over thebag causing a mess. I did complain I waited for a phone call and received nothing. Two parties at 1 o?clock lunch should have been a dead give away. But I was hungry and decided to stay anyway. Ordered the Bayou... Salmon sandwich and literally took only bite before knowing I wasn?t eating the rest. It was dry, the bun was blackened andburnt to a solid crisp, there was no sauce or dressing or effort in making it other than defrosting the salmon, slapping it ontothe bun and adding a few leftover, wilted, greens. The wedges I?d picked as my side were an equal disappointment ?though maybemore because, how do you mess up potatoes wedges?????. They, too we?re dry, almost powdery, and completely flavorless. I endedup eating my friend?s coleslaw that he?d left behind as it wasn?t to his liking either, but hungry beggars can?t be choosers, sothat was my lunch. Needless to say, I asked for the check, and rather than ask to speak to the manager, straight up asked herto take my plate of the check since it was nearly untouched, and there was no way she could refute. Horribly slow, placed an order to go at 735p for 10 wings and 1 quesadilla. Was given a 15 min wait time. After waiting... patiently standing up, I finally asked for a refund at 825p. Placed order for tacos at a place 5min away and they were readywhen I got there. The"manager" looked clueless on how to refund me. She even made a snarky comment when I told her that theyneed to give more accurate wait times. She not once apologized. Read more
The wings I ordered were covered in oil. The sauce nor the ranch would stick to the wings. All you tasted was oil. Managers... aren't very nice here over the phone Nor in person. Next time, I'm just driving to the one in 10th. Read more
