Super sweet and helpful staff! Made my coffee quickly!
I won't be back, Doors were locked at 6:45p although door sign hours were open until 7p, Flagged me to go around to drive-thru... which literally has the worst road conditions imagined, it was like being on Safari ! Upon driving through the craters I got upto the order pole and place orders for 2 decaf coffees, no decaf, All the time I'm asking myself why I'm going through all this! Higganum's Dunkin is above average compared to some other locations nearby. They rarely get an order wrong but it happens on... occassion. I special order a drink and Higganum makes it perfect while some locations weren't able to get it right after givingthem the benefit of the doubt a few times. There seems to be regular turnover in the staff but the vast majority have been verygood and friendly. Read more
Tastes just as greasy as an after church Sunday Dunkin run you remember from childhood. The wait times are pretty good, but I... promise you you're gonna want to be near a toilet for the rest of your day because it's gonna tear you up with a BM thatregisters on the Richter scale. Read more

Not sure why others experiences are so poor but i frequent this Dunkin before work and haven?t had any issue. The new manager... seems attentive and friendly and the crew are good. Read more
Clean restroom, clean store, fast and friendly service at 8:15am. My experience was fine. Not sure what's happening to other... folks. I ordered 25 munchkins and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. No coffee so no comment on that. I drink soda usually. Read more
Idk what's going on with the coffee but DD coffee is awful last couple of months
