Pilot itself was nice and clean. Good parking friendly people. I was sad my shower head was broken and I understand water... pressure varies by area but being about to adjust the shower head is helpful. Showers are nice size and layout though. Read more
A nice travel center, clean and well kept. Large selection. Waited in line for a bit to check out but that was it.

Subway staff are very rude, waited 10 minutes before coming to take order knowing I was there bc they saw me walk up and... disregarded me. Asked for a meatball sub was rudely told they didn't have meatballs and if wanted them to go to another storedown the road. Told the young lady I would be speaking to the building manager and she informed me she WAS the restaurantmanager. I found the building manager. Read more

Technically, my shower was clean. But when they remodeled they should have fired their contractor. The door handle was broken,... the lock barely worked, the shower didn't have a lot of pressure, there was no soap dish or anything in the shower to put mystuff on, the control switch on the fan was missing, and the floor grout had eroded so much that the tiles dug into my feetuncomfortably. So ignorant McDonald?s signs all light up. Subway signs all light up but both are closed not even open. Turn the sign lights... off when closed common sense. If McDonald?s and subway is closed turn the lights off very simple people very simple apparently not that simple tho !! Read more
The place was decent. Seems like it kind of the needs more staff members. My only issue was the coffee and teacup lids were... seemingly really dirty which is concerning. Hopefully this gets rectified immediately Read more
