Absolutely horrible worse BPs and service we’ve ever had. 30minutes to get our drinks and almost another 40minutes to get our... food which was suppose to be done in which turned to take out. Not only the poor service from waitress and the long waits on herand the kitchen and both sides of restaurant not busy by any means and we didn’t even get proper order for one person of the 3people and 1 order of Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and Caesar salad all fit into one small to go container. Definitelycould’ve gotten more food and better service for less at DQ. Read more
This was terrible from the start. Were seated at a dirty table had to ask to have it wiped. When we ordered our apps took an... hour to come out and our entre came out 5 min later which was cold. We asked for take home containers to take our food home asthere was no point to eating in the restaurant. When we asked why it took so long for our food we were told that they had a bigtable they had to look after but they came in 30 mins after us. Thank goodness we are honest people cause it took over 15 minto get our bill and pay. 175 dollars that we will never get back. Should have gone elsewhere. Will be a long time before wego back if ever. Usually go to the Stardust, should have stuck with what we know to be great food and great service. Read more
Frustrating experience. Obviously short staffed, lots of waiting. Don't order the tropical chicken pizza unless you love pizza... that is drenched in Buffalo sauce. My kid couldn't eat it because it was so spicy. Told the manager and she didn't care. Toldthe server he didn't care. To pay I had to go to the kitchen to try and find someone to get our bill. Needless to say I won'tbe back which is too bad because we will be in High Level a number of times this winter. Read more
Showed up at 7:30pm on a Monday after an 8 hour drive and there were maybe 5 other tables with customers. Got drinks and then... waited 25 minutes for a server and decided to leave because we still hadn’t placed an order. While we were waiting one othertable got up and walked out as well. The staff are well trained and are quick to help out, with meals it may take you some time depending on your purchase (10-30 min... most of the time) My satisfaction in this establishment was 8.5/10. The food isn't greasy as other restaurants and is alwayswell made and cooked to perfection for a delectable meal. Read more
Went out for supper few weeks ago for my cousins 12th birthday and the workers were very kind and kept comin back to make sure... we had everything we wanted, the food was great tasting and lookin, the wait was not long at all even tho it was a bitbusy. Tried a knew Fall Menu Item Rib eye Meatloaf stack. Wasn't worth 22.00 would rather have a Rib eye steak for that price. The... Honey Hot wings were fantastic. I sat on the bar side to watch the Oilers play a day game on my return trip to Edmonton. Theteam lost the game but my server that afternoon was fabulous. She knew exactly when to make herself available and not once did Ifeel left out or wanting anything more. Wings and a meal size salad would have provided me with more satisfaction then the RibEye Stack. Well what's life without chance? Thank you to my server for making my afternoon enjoyable.
