Horribly rude, inconsiderate, and some would deem even mean staff. I ordered a bacon and cheese famous chicken sandwich that... came to almost $10 (CAD) +GST.... but then noticed noticed the regular famous chicken sandwich was on special for 4.95, so Iasked how much it was to add cheese and bacon to any sandwich, and they said its $1.40. I then requested to change my order to aregular famous chicken sandwich but add cheese and bacon. They then refused, laughed at me and took payment @ $10, and justturned around and walked away. No thank you, no comment, no explanation, no nothing. Was one of those "what just happened"incidents. I won't be going to KFC again period. The fact they do this is literally unfair and robbery. (Note you can get acombo meal with regular "famous" sandwich @ just over $12 with chicken strip, salad, popcorn shrimp, sandwich, drink, fries, butthe cheese + bacon famous sandwich combo is also just over $12..... but if you try to add cheese and bacon to the combo you"can't" for some stupid reason, regardless of it costing only $1.40.). Their costing approach makes no sense and is robbery!Aaaaaaand, how is the sandwich "famous" anyway? I remember a chicken sandwich at KFC that was called a big crunch....it didn'thave pickles, and was "famous"..... not sure why they'd shift to something self proclaimed, with gross pickles at that, andstray away from the name everyone knows. The food is rather dry, though some stuff is well made such as the chicken. It can be dry and/or less appetizing at times. The... fries are greasy and somehow dry so it's best to have a drink with your meal. Read more
SUPER friendly staff. Service was as quick as deep fryer would allow. KFC never really agrees with my body, but it sure is good... when im eating it. This is a very clean location. Read more
Usually like it here but this time the chicken tastes really odd and we can?t pin point what it is, can?t eat it! Not sure if it... was fried on really dirty oil or what but we are completely disappointed. Would take it back to the restaurant but unfortunatelyI am hours away from there. No entry allowed due to Covid. Take out only... There were a few of us would have preferred to go yo the counter to order so... that it would have been easier to.pay. Instead had one person good the bill and then had to figure it out after. Read more
Do not go here!!! Staff were extremely rude and didn't give me sauces for the popcorn chicken, even tried to charge me for them,... I declined to pay extra for included sauces. I will be writing corporate head office about the abysmal customerservice/treatment. I go out of my way to be polite and spend 40 bucks on a bunch of food and the get hassled, mistreated andcheated from complimentary sauce for something I ordered. Read more
