Staff were friendly, but I waited far too long for my drink to find out that they forgot about it. There were 4 other people... waiting who also had to remind staff about their drinks, as all of the staff were only making drinks for the drive thru. Iunderstand that corporate starbucks is strict on drive thru times, but people waiting inside shouldn?t be completely forgottenabout. I never would have gotten my drink if i didn?t remind them what I ordered 20 minutes after I paid. Read more
How establishment looks and service are important but for me it's the product, have purchased my favorite blends and... disappointed each time. Maybe over time it will get better, my coffees have tasted like steamed milk even when I'm adding extraespresso shots.. Read more
