It's ok. Some days it's good and some days it's not. I ordered two Gyros and all I got was two pieces of pita bread with lettuce... and tomato filling. It might have been two or three pieces of meat inside. That's the second time this has happened. Read more
I was in line at 10:18 pm and they told me they were closed. I ask if they could make one roast beef sandwich and they said they... could not because the slicer was already down. I have worked at Arby?s and even though they closed early I know they alwaysslice extra meat for customers. I don?t appreciate being lied to and thinking everyone is stupid when they close at 11:00pm. Read more
I've had problems almost every time I've used their drive-thru. It either takes way too long to get your food or, as in my case,... two times in a row they gave me the wrong food. When I drove back up to the restaurant and told the manager about what had beenhappening, he looked at me like he could care less. He just remade the sandwich and handed it to me in a bag. He didn't evenhave the decency to apologize for the continued problems I've had with HIS restaurant. It's definitely my last visit to thatlocation. Read more
Half pound will choke a normal diner. Made the fries fresh 40 minutes before close. Cashier was friendly and food was excellent.
Due to them being short of staff their dinning room was closed. Being that we has taken a cab to Arby's wanting to try there new... burger sandwich. Only finding out after our cab pulled away that we needed to use there drive through to place our order. After walking to the door seeing the sign. God bless April one of the staff members that saw us get out the cab, she came to thedoor and knowing it was impossible for us to got through the drive through let us stand inside the door out of the heat and shetook our order with a smile while apologizing about their dinning area was closed. I'm definitely one of the ppl keeping Arby's in business. That bacon ranch sandwich is to die for. Food was hot and cashier in... drive thru was friendly. Will return. Read more
