Disappointed, Flys landing on open food bar, food bar was very sloppy and not kept clean and wiped up. Not that many customers... in there for them to not have had time to keep it clean. Steak burrito was not good, I dont know what kind of meat that was butdidnt taste like steak, had gristle in it. Staff acted disoriented, like they didn't know what to do. Place was dirty. Tables not clean. No salsa and a lot of items are out. No Diet Coke. The help was more concerned with flirting... with the girls coming in than helping. Tea (sweet and unsweet tasted old and bad). This used to be one of my favorite places toeat but my wife and I will not be back. This has become a dump with no customer service and bad food. Adios!!! I went to pick up an order and waited about 25 minutes before I was waited on. Only 1 person working. He was AWESOME!... IMPRESSIVE! FRIENDLY! ROCKING ! Upon talking to him I found out he was the District Manager. He is diffently a keeper. It'sunfortunate restaurants are hurting this bad. My hat is off to u for doing an amazing job! Read more
Terrible services. Ordered online. I understand that there are not enough people working on places. But I ordered online and... they did not have the order packed. New person/ worker looked at me and i ask is this my order ? person replies yes. Don't evenmove to intent to pack the order. Then a busy guy came from the kitchen "he looks like the manager"; almost falling on the floordue to slippery floor. He said, help her to pack the food... The worker did not know how to pack food in the plastic bag. Theydid not have trays for drinks. No manners to treat customer, don't have sense how to deal with customer and offer an excellentcustomer services. We would not recommend to order online. Read more
I used to go to this place every week went a few weeks ago & they were out of everything decided to wait awhile to go back. Went... today was totally disappointed & will never go again. Prices went up. Got less food. I usually have leftovers, but got chargedfor a heavy d burrito & let's just say it wasn't heavy anything. Rice & meat in burrito was cold while sour cream & guacamolewas warm. I will not be going back. Read more
