The service is nice BUT....the food is giving "refreshments after service." in the worst way possible. The chicken is just okay... but the mashed potatoes and gravy are terrible. Initially, I'm thinking its sausage gravy; it was more scrapple gravy thananything. The green beans were okay and the fries are good if you like seasoning salt. My fiancé and I come here, he has very little time on his first break but makes sure he leaves in enough time to go through the... drive thru because they?re usually decent. This morning, the drive thru was backed up for 15 minutes!!! Which left him 5 minutesto get back to work and eat. I?m not complaining about the drive thru being backed up for so long because they were being slow,I?m complaining because they were serving people who came AFTER him and making him wait. You better believe something will besaid very soon because we are regulars here. It?s supposed to be FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, not pick and choose! Jerry the manager does a horrible job. He has a nasty attitude. I came through drive thru at 2:50 p.m, on Friday, September,... 16th, 2022. Asked for fresh fries and he just gave me a blank look. Like If you don?t like your job, get another one. Everybodyelse was cool, but he as a manager needs to fix his attitude. If you?re reading this don?t come to this location. Come here for my lunch break because usually they are fast and the food is good, but today there is a line of people waiting for... our food for the last 20 min, all I got was a sandwich combo with fries. They said they where waiting on fires and still forgotthem! Ridiculous. Read more

This review is specifically for their chicken sandwich. I finally test drove their new chicken sandwich and it is OUTSTANDING!... The nice fella at the drive-thru told me he thought it was better than the Popeyes version when I told him this was my firsttime. I told him I was skeptical but I would keep an open mind. This is one OUTSTANDING chicken sandwich. This thing is big (thepiece of chicken is large), the bun is great, giant/thick slices of pickle and the spice mixture oozed into the meat. My picturemakes it look like the chicken is not cooked at first glance but that is the spices. I would rank this chicken sandwich up withany in the fast food realm. The sandwich gets a definite five stars. This location was always average in my opinion but my lastcouple trips the service and employees have been way better than previous trips. This Bojangles either cooks your food into a hockey puck or like the last time I ate there makes your stomach hurt within 30... minutes of eating it. Staff is not very friendly. Read more
