NEED EMPLOYEES, FAST ONES ?.. their line is longgggg everyday ! they do one order at a time , and it takes them almost 10... minutes each car . mind you the line is backed up all the way around the building? i have to go to work lol but anyways. theyneed to do something that?s more efficient for they drive thru times?.. Doors are locked at 12:58 pm wIth extremely long drive through line. It's obvious they're taking advantage of the past covid... procedures and choosing to work at a slower pace instead of operating at the normal capacity and flow. More like "have it ourway"... clowns ???? Read more
You are left at the order window one car in front of you several cars behind you waiting to order. Car in front of you gets... their foodand drives off. Then they ask if they can take your order. You pull up to the window to pay and everytime they sayhold on ill be right with you. After they are gone for about 5 minutes or so they come back and take your money. Then you pullup and wait for your food. Rediculous service!!!! Takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get your food. They have forgotten how to cookonion rings too. They are burnt are really greasy. I love their burgers and Fish sandwich but they always have this weird situation where once you put in order and you drive to... the window to pay, the cashier always and I mean always tells you they will be right back and then they disappear for 2-3 min.It's weird but the food is good so I am ok with dealing with that. 4 stars is due to that weirdness though. We've never had any issues at this Burger King over the years. Always had friendly employees, almost never any issues with an... order either. When there's been an occasional minor issue, inside or drive-thru, they've fixed it timely and with apologies.Courtesy, friendliness and fast accurate orders are what these guys are made of! Worst place to eat. Food is cold management is rude. I actually have tried it multiple times cause I like Burger King but this... location is awful. Don?t waste your money. Read more
