Of all the chipotle restaurants I?ve ever been to, this is by far the biggest disappointment! The manager is rude and... incompetent. She literally said they were out of an ingredient, but then proceeded to say it was for tomorrow and the catering.So if I was to come the next day you?ll give me some, but not for my meal today. It made no sense. Instead of talking to herfriend off to the side and not caring about customers, she should?ve been trying to figure out how to better do her job!Instead, she just laughed with another employee as I walked out the door with a less than acceptable experience. Looking at theother newest reviews I?d say they probably should fire her and hire someone capable of getting the job done. I do not recommendthis chipotle. This location is such a disappointment. Everytime I come here they are out of a main ingredient. Once they were out of rice,... another time it was guacamole and lettuce and today it was the peppers and onions. Yet they will charge you the same price nomatter how many ingredients aren?t available. The employees could care less, they don?t even offer to substitute something forthe missing ingredients. I love chipotle, it is my go-to for food but this location needs to do better, please. Read more
This is worst company to deal with for refund. 4 to 6 weeks to get a refund back for a disgusting old food I recieved when I... purchase my meal. I wasn't planning coming back so no I do no want replacement or coupons. Point being I been living in anightmare and not giving a straight answer. I usually go to the location at the Palladium but I stopped by this location today and I?m glad I did! Janayaha was efficient... and amazing. She made sure all the ingredients in my veggie bowl were top quality and was very kind! Thank you!! You never trulyknow how much simply being kind can make a person?s day better! I went in during meal time at 530 to get my family dinner. Which you would expect that they would know that's a busy time. They... didn't really have alot of white rice so we were given smaller portions. Then I ask for steak and they had none of that either.I was told I could wait 20 minutes if I wanted too because they were cooking chicken at that time. Then I ask if I could get adiscount because they didn't really have rice or steak ready and the manager kinda smiled and said no. I felt like this wasvery poor service to not be prepared then not give a discount for the inconvenience. This isn't the first time I have gottenthat kind of service at the location. Read more
