Sooooo..I don?t usually leave reviews but this one stuck with me because the food I ate from east coast wings on north main... actually made me feel horrible the next day. Before I get into the quality of the food, the packaging of my boyfriend?s foodwent horribly wrong. When he went to eat his food his chicken tenders and fries were in the plastic bag from the tray breaking .Then our fries were oily and soggy not to mention cold. My buffalo chicken sandwich was soggy my bread was soggy and the breadfrom my chicken patty was falling off due to it being soggy. The whole experience was horrible! I literally had a tummy ache thewhole night and next morning. I am so disappointed that the food didn?t have good quality . Read more
This place has gone way down hill, first off, I come in the door at 8:00 and the guy says we close at 8:30 do you still want to... eat in? Why wouldn?t I I have 30 minutes to close? first mistake should?ve just left then they are out of a sauce that I believeis made in house, THEN they are out of sweet tea, how are you out of sweet tea when another table got sweet tea? Are you toolazy to just make more? But another table got a refill of sweet tea after I was told they?re out. There is no excuse for that?Then, the silverware is PLASTIC?!?! Why did I get plastic silverware but another table got metal? Too lazy to wash it? And thewaitress sees I?m done with my food and too busy talking to other tables and I haven?t got my check and they have a kid runningaround here I guess it?s one of the workers kids which is fine but he doesn?t need to be in the kitchen or behind the bar orsitting at the bar and climbing over booths. Just great service last night. Last few months service has been a challenge and we understand staffing issues but still hard... with a family. We still did takeout but decided to dine last night. Young lady was server in bar area and i think bartenderand she was delightful. Food was good and fast but her attitude and cheerfulness made the trip worth it. Read more
The service at this place is horrible. We ordered online. Our order was supposed to be ready at 6:17. It wasn't ready until... 6:33. I got home and realized they didn't give us our drink, and no dipping sauces for the shrimp and onion rings. This is thesecond time in a row our order was missing stuff and our last time ordering from them! Read more
The Cajun garlic wings on 1/27 was very delicious. My spouse and I were very satisfied! Glad we ordered as a entree to... compliment my dish of roasted oven colossal shrimp, pepper, onions green onions, (seafood, minced garlic, lemon juice, seasoningmix) , broccoli with jasmin rice side to go with! It's always hit or miss when I come here. Sometimes everything is great! Food was cooked right, staff is friendly, service is... quick, etc. Other times..it's a complete hot mess, like this time. I walk in and theres a customer yelling at the staff abouthis horrible experience and hes not coming back. Get my table pretty quickly, order my food, food comes Food was not cookedright and taste... meh. Tea I ordered also tasted watered down. Overall not my worst experience but not my best. Read more
