This evening I decided to visit Firehouse Subs for the first time in a long time. I had just downloaded the app, and I received... a reward, and I thought I would go there for dinner. When I got to the restaurant to order carry-out, the cashier, already in abad mood, was frustrated when I informed him I was using the app for rewards. He said he didn't know how to bring this up, andhe was rude the whole time I ordered, getting it wrong twice. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch with no Bacon, and eventually,somebody that worked there while wearing gloves and making sandwiches ended up touching the cashier screen to help him. I wasslightly disappointed about the cashier's attitude and the sanitation of the touching screens and wearing the same gloves, but Iwas excited I was hopeful I would get a free sandwich. What could be wrong? When I got to my car, I opened my sandwich to seethat it was just turkey, cheese, and a ridiculous amount of mayonnaise and ranch. It was sopping with no vegetables to its name.I went inside, and I said, "Excuse me, I think you left the lettuce, tomato, and onion off of my sandwich." They blankly stared,and were like "Oh yeah that's out" with no apologies or remorse. I remained calm and expressed my disappointment, andcommunicated that I wished someone had told me this before I ordered.
