This evening I decided to visit Firehouse Subs for the first time in a long time. I had just downloaded the app, and I received... a reward, and I thought I would go there for dinner. When I got to the restaurant to order carry-out, the cashier, already in abad mood, was frustrated when I informed him I was using the app for rewards. He said he didn't know how to bring this up, andhe was rude the whole time I ordered, getting it wrong twice. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch with no Bacon, and eventually,somebody that worked there while wearing gloves and making sandwiches ended up touching the cashier screen to help him. I wasslightly disappointed about the cashier's attitude and the sanitation of the touching screens and wearing the same gloves, but Iwas excited I was hopeful I would get a free sandwich. What could be wrong? When I got to my car, I opened my sandwich to seethat it was just turkey, cheese, and a ridiculous amount of mayonnaise and ranch. It was sopping with no vegetables to its name.I went inside, and I said, "Excuse me, I think you left the lettuce, tomato, and onion off of my sandwich." They blankly stared,and were like "Oh yeah that's out" with no apologies or remorse. I remained calm and expressed my disappointment, andcommunicated that I wished someone had told me this before I ordered. Disgusting! The worker was very rude to me. My order was simple and they still made it wrong. I seen one employee walk out the... restroom and didn?t put any gloves on to make a sandwich. How do you know if that person washed their hands????????????????????????? Read more
The first time I?ve received a birthday reward from them. As always, they have never disappointed me. I always get the hook and... ladder. They give you a pickle spear on the side. Door Dash doesn?t have option for smokehouse beef brisket sub. Called store and was told they couldn?t help me get the sub I... wanted. Even though I was willing to pay whatever but I can?t control door dash options. Had to order Jersey mikes instead. Read more
I walked in 15 minutes before closing after leaving a different sub place nearby that had cut their open sign off 20 minutes... early. I apologized for coming in so close to closing and the staff were so nice and accommodating. One lady who rang me uprepeatedly thanked me for coming in, the other lady asked me how my night was going, and the young gentleman carried a casualpositive conversation while I waited on my food. Two clerks working, uhh present. They were curteous but slow. One stayed on her phone the entire time we were there, about 45... min. I ordered the steak & cheese and there were no peppers or onions. What I did get was tasty but the dinning room was dirty,paper on the floor, the tables and drink dispenser needed wiping down and the restroom was hideous. They were not busy. i went about a week and a half ago it is SAD the place is dirty, the employees dont wash their hands, damn near scratch they... rear end and wont even switch gloves. i would rather go to waffle house at 3 in the morning than coming here ever again. placeis absolutely disgusting dirty business. This Firehouse Sub shop was one of the best around. Their meatball sub is second to none! My friends had never had this... sandwich before at a Firehouse. Let's just say it was instant addiction ! Job well done Firehouse Subs ! Read more
