Should of read the reviews before we went in. Let me start with the manager, he sitting in the booth next to me taking shots... with the hooters girls. We order curly fries and came cold and not seasoned, wings over cooked hard as it can be, barely tossedin sauce, we also order crab legs it was alright but gave us nothing to Crack it. The bartender was very friendly however I was not too impressed. I have been at Hooters all over the country and this did not... have the feel of typical hooters. The girls didn't even wear the traditional uniforms. They also had a gift shop with zeromerchandise. The food was good but needs some improvements to enhance the experience that customers look for. The worst customer service I've ever experienced STAY AWAY!! I Placed a online order for fish tacos at 9:02 pm and got a email... saying that my food would ready at 9:23pm. I arrived at 9:20pm, headed to the bar and gave the Bartender my name and told her Iwas here to pick up a to go order. She took my money (plus tip). I waited until 9:40 to ask "hey how's my order looking" shegoes to the back and comes back out and says "im sorry, we don't have the fish you ordered. Can we do anything else?" I said ok,"I'll take the shrimp tacos instead can you do that? Or whatever you can get me fast..." At 9:55 still no food, I asked for arefund and she gave it back to me no problem. It's pretty good. Overall. The Hooters uniform has been updated to other attire. That's okay. Started with pretzels and cheese... dip. The pretzels were tasty and cripsy. Our server left unexpectedly and had another girl stop by to take care of us. Noproblem. We ordered wings and enjoyed them in a slower setting than the typical environment. The wings had flavor with a bit ofsweet and not as spicy as I remember. The naked lemon pepper and hot classic original wings are pictured. There were no celeryor carrot sticks. Hmm. We ordered curly fries which were kinda warm and could have been cooked throughout. They were not saltedor seasoned. Not sure if this is a regular thing. Perhaps? I threw some salt and pepper on my order. Bathrooms were far fromclean. A few girls working on a more relaxed Saturday night. Food was mediocre. I'm not sure how you can screw up fried food. The only good thing was my waitress. For being short staffed I... always had a full drink and she always had a smile on her face.
