Third time ordering from here and I will not be returning. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times because I... had gotten the burger once (not good under seasoned) n the wings second(wasn't crispy asked to fry harder and chicken was stillslimey like) this time I got the salad. I mean come on its a salad. When I sayvthe grilled chicken was so dry n rock hard (harder than the croutons) totally unedible. Ranch was so water and had no flavor. If I can't get the same service I would getduring the day at night then I will not waste my money. Totally disappointed because the wings if cooked right with they sauceis amazing. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Food--especially the burgers and chicken wings could've used some seasoning, but was still good.
This was a great Bar and Grill. The menu had pretty much the standard American fare. I got an order of wings and they have a... wide variety of sauces. Also got a bacon cheeseburger. You constantly run in to problems when you're trying to get real food pretty late. Well, J Butler's solves that problem. Rolled... in around 11pm and was so relieved to hear they were serving the full menu and not just fried apps. Food was good and theservice was great. Super homey vibe inside. Reasonably priced. I guess service is based on how much the waitress likes you . Got there at 2:22 , was seated pretty quickly based on it bein... only 2 other ppl eating in. Waitress made the bare minimum interaction with my table & the table behind me got their food firstmeanwhile it took about 25 minutes to get chicken pasta and a chicken club. Food was not impressive nor good , and my pasta hadthe soggiest noodles ever smh. Will not be returning. Read more
Great place in the afternoon until a shift change. The employee who came in around 4:45 worked for 30 minutes until I asked her... about a mask requirement. She laughed about it and rolled her eyes. We left but called back to make sure the manager was awareand she told us she immediately addressed it after we had brought it up to the employee....not sure why it wasn?t addressed 30minutes earlier at the beginning of the shirt. Our burger & fries were good. My salad had very little lettuce but tons of mushrooms on it. We ordered the hot chips... appetizer... Half of the potatoes weren't cooked all the way through. Service was marginal Read more
My boyfriend got a Reuben and Mac and cheese and I got the French dip and Mac and cheese. Both of our sandwiches were so good,... and warm.. However both of our mac and cheeses were cold, they were so cold you could still see the cheese all clumped up. Iwould definitely come here again but I would not get the max and cheese. Read more
