Waited a while to be acknowledged. Finally all 8 of us were sat. Waiter was nice food was descent.
First time being here, I was super disappointed. I initially ordered the ?Chicken Raspberry Chipotle? as it was advertised in... the menu, but then they said that I had to choose between Raspberry or Chipotle sauce. So I decided to get the Chicken StreetTacos which were advertised as having onions and cilantro mixed in. Instead they brought out Soft Tacos with only dry unseasonedchicken. When I asked where the rest of the ingredients were I was told by the server ?typically you people don?t like the extrastuff? ? to which I said ?wow? okay; I don?t remember asking for any modifications? I want it spicy and full of flavor? pleasebring it back with all the ingredients.? ? I mean what do you mean ?you people? don?t like the extra stuff? I was livid at thispoint. 2 minutes later they bring back the tacos with raw onions and uncooked cilantro on top of the original dry unseasonedchicken. I said ?do you not cook your onions and cilantro with your chicken?? ? I was told ?no? ? so I said ?take it backplease, I?m not interested then.? i?ve been going here with my family since i was little, but as i?ve gotten older and started coming with just my friends we?ve... noticed that the manager is very rude. the food and the wait staff is always good, but the manager ruins the experience everytime. my parents have never had a problem and he won?t say anything to them, but whenever it is just me and a few girl friendshe always says something rude. we?ve been told to quiet down when we were not being loud, we?ve been told to put masks on by themanager even when he is the only one in the building wearing a mask (not even his staff had any on), and today he even called myfriend rude names! It is a shame because the food is good but we will not be going back. Read more
Never had a bad experience here. Staff is always on point, drinks always full, salsa always full, chips always full... NEVER... have to ask. I personally like the San Juan Quesadilla. I highly recommend this Mexican restaurant. One of the best aroundHigh Point. Support these guys! Read more
The server was friendly and courteous, the food was great and the right temperature
