Im not a fan of McDonald's, but I know a young woman that recently started working there, so I stopped by to support her. My... order was misplaced, taken away by someone else, or they just never made it. It took them about 15 minutes to make it right.When they finally gave me my food, the fries were warm not hot, and the burger was the same and tasted weird, and the managerthat handed me my food didn't seem to care. I'm glad this young person I know is working/has a job, and I'll probably stop bysometime again soon to show my support, bit it definitely will not be for McNasty's food or world class service ???? The employees need better communication, customer service skills and be determined. Our order always is wrong or not the way... it was ordered. McDonald's delivery is even worse. The individuals that work there all are disengaged, on they phones and rude. Read more
I ordered item 2a combo at this location. 1/4 lb cheeseburger fries and drink. I was told that the soda machine was broke so... only ice tea or milk shake was available to drink. The burger was cold and the fries barely warm. I?m very dissatisfied withthis experience. Read more
I went to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit for my son. The guy at the first window lacked customer service skills. The lady... at the second window was polite, I got the biscuit sandwich it was hard as a rock, they replaced it. It was good! Read more
When I tell you this could be the best McDonald's I have ever been to, I am not joking. The food was fresh, the service was... quick and friendly. My food was delicious and hot!!! I recommend this McDonald's to anyone. The manager Antonio was nice andmade my childrens night, he got them the toy they wanted. Read more

Not bad. Got what I ordered. It looks very similar to their pictures of what they sell. It wasn?t hot but we?ve been pretty much... conditioned to not expect that. The service was acceptable. It wasn?t an enthusiastic ?have a good day?. More like a (thisis what I?ve been told to say so here it is) kind of thing. I?m giving a 3 because I believe they can do better and the foodwas just ok. Rudest employees anywhere!! They literally will throw your bag of food out the window and slam the window shut in your face.... They never say thank you, come again, nothing. The employees at this location should all find new jobs & not in the food serviceindustry. It is definitely NOT service with a smile at this McDonald?s. Read more
