What a disappointment! I love McDonald's burgers normally but the service was unfriendly and my takeout Big Mac with no pickles... (meaning it had to be freshly made) had nothing in the top layer. In addition it was cool. The small fries I ordered were coldand dry. The pumpkin creme turnover was dry. I won't be back to this location again! Read more
No one there has a understanding of the menu. All need to be retrained including manager. I ordered two egg McMuffins and two... hash browns. Everton For some reason they had the order as biscuits, so I told the young lady it?s supposed to be two eggMcMuffins and two hash browns. Another employee walks up and is supposed to be straightening it out. I told him exactly what Iwanted and he said he got it, I got to the pickup window and the guy handed me my order with such confidence that it was rightbut it wasn?t. It was two English Muffins with just a folded egg as the girl inside told me and that was it, no cheese no meat!Everyone know what a egg McMuffin is supposed to have on it except for the morning crew! They don?t know the menu for majorityof their shift, I doubt they comprehend the lunch menu either. I pointed out to them the picture on the menu that shows what aegg McMuffin is, egg cheese and Canadian bacon but they couldn?t grasp the concept. SMH How do you not know your menu?! Whilewaiting for them to fix what was supposed to be the right sandwiches my has browns were sitting there getting cold and theyseemed as if was a problem because I said something about it. After the wait and thinking that they got it right this time, Iget to my car go in the bag and I have two McMuffins this time with only egg and cheese! Again SMH! Bad day at mcd's. They were out of everything. No coke soda only hi c to drink. No burgers. ( how do you not have burgers) ... ordered chicken sandwiches and got that wrong. Ordered pies and only got 1 of 2 of them. Not sure what was going on but Iwas disappointed with this visit. Only reason for two stars was that they were quick and somewhat friendly. Read more
Cashier is very friendly, but my burrito looked like someone stomped on it. I could not eat it. Would have gone back for a new... one but of course I had already driven away and in a hurry. Read more
I ordered a large diet dr pepper and a mcchicken plain. My order was correct other than the drink not being full. The mcchicken... has a bit of spice to it so I really needed that drink! When I brought it to their attention, they gave me a new drink. Themanager, I assume so by how was dressed, was very nice and I felt well taken care of. I will definitely be back to thislocation! Outstanding service from the employees that worked 12/09/22 @11:29am. The lady at the 1st window repeated my order and gave me... my receipt. The gentleman at the 2nd window who I believe was the manager (as he was wearing a gray collared shirt with a greenjacket) was absolutely amazing and friendly, he asked how we were and told us what we waiting on, then politely asked us to pullforward to the 3rd window for a minute as they were waiting on the quarterpounder. A kind friendly young lady brought us ourfood soon after, and thanked us for waiting. The grill did a very good job as well, my sandwiches were made right and they evenput my exta mustard on the button bun to evenly distribute it so it all doesn't clump up on the top and slide off the sandwich.Most McDonald's forget to do this so I was very impressed.
