No coffee or 1/2 and 1/2,and when went to let staff know about it, I was greeted with an attitude (slim female in a blue shirt)... and then this is what I received. The sloppiest breakfast sandwich ever. Recently I had came for breakfast with my son andwaited a while for my order. Panera followed up with an email apologizing for the delay and to give them another chance. Aftertoday, I don?t think I can. After scrolling through the reviews, I will not. Read more

I?m not rating this low because of the employees directly, I?m sure they?re great as individuals. However, this is easily the... slowest Panera I?ve ever been to. I?ve ordered here and I?ve done deliveries for doordash from here. Every time, I?ve had towait 20+ minutes to get food. Once or twice is okay because I get that they?re busy or short staffed, but this is every time andregardless of how busy they are. I mostly assume this is on Panera as a company, not hiring enough people or not paying enoughfor people to actually want to work for them. I will say that at least one employee is constantly running like their lifedepends on it trying to get the orders out. If she?s the one in charge, I feel that she?s afraid to say something to the othersto make them carry their own weight as employees. Read more

I visited this location for the second time a couple of days ago.... around 2pm a few people eating outside and inside. I... decided to treat myself to a Coffee & pastry.... every area that I turned to have a seat had multiple tables with dirty dishesleft on them! I went back to the pick-up counter and told the young lady that was near about the condition of the dining room;she replied, "okay, thanks". Found a reasonably clean booth, wiped off the table top and enjoyed my pastry. When I returned totop of my coffee; two dispensers were STILL empty!!! I spent 35 minutes sipping my coffee and reading a book....and the Trashytables remained untouched. ***After I returned to my car, I decided to call and speak to the manager, rather than write anegative review. She was pleasant and when I explained the reason for my call, she responded with the same comments that I'vebeen reading in earlier comments. "We are short-staffed"..... I truly understand short staff; but somebody NEEDS to keep thedining area clean!!! Read more

Where to begin - The guy taking our order responded to the couple in front of us, that, no, he wasn?t having a bad day. He was... just not feeling well. Sick, he was sick? Our order was incorrect. The drink machine was out of service on several items. Noattention was taken to correct the issue. There were four other people in the kitchen. They were on their phones while workingor talking personal. The food was not worth the price and the service was a sad excuse. Worse service I have experienced in along time. Read more

I am VERY disappointed. I almost never write reviews as I know times are hard. I was there today around 1 p. There was a handful... of people working. A blind lady in a walker was kindly requesting service from the checkout. Everyone ignored her. I sat therefor 5mins and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went to tell them hey you have someone needing help. They ignored me. Afteranother 5 minutes I went backup and the MANAGER rudely told me?we are short staffed. Unless she?s using cash she has to use thekiosk. ? so I ended up helping this lady use the kiosk to order her food. She is HALF BLIND and in a sitting walker. This isUNACCEPTABLE . You come and you tell her yourself you don?t count on your customers. Also, there was an extra hand on deck whocould have helped her. SO DISAPPOINTED in this a manager. Disgusting. Read more

I stopped by Panera Bread location at 1911 North Main Street in High Point, NC, on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 and on Friday, July... 29, 2022. Both visits were mid-morning, 1000am and 900am, respectively. On each visit I ordered the Egg & Cheese BreakfastSandwich and an Iced Tea. On my Friday morning visit, I added a Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfait. Having visited various Paneralocations in the past, I was pleased to discover this recently built and recently opened location. The restaurant was fresh, clean, and offered lots of seating in a pleasant atmosphere. The counter staff was friendly and helpful on bothvisits. However, much to my disappointment on my Friday visit, I've discovered that Panera has dramatically changed its MixedBerry Yogurt Parfait! Panera NO LONGER fills the plastic container with yogurt! It is now ONLY HALF FULL! And, Panera NOLONGER provides MIXED berries! Instead of sliced strawberries and blueberries that I've received dozens of times on previousPanera visits, I only received eight (8) blueberries and a drizzle of honey. Strawberries are no longer included. While it'spossible the kitchen may have been out of stock of strawberries, which was never indicated by the kitchen staff, my biggestsurprise was the cup only being HALF FILLED with yogurt and then charging $4.89 ($5.00 with tax) and to no longer provide actualMIXED berries (only one type, not two or three types, as implied by the word MIXED). This is a MAJOR disappointment that Panerahas now cut the size of the portion of both yogurt and berries, in their Mixed Berry Yogurt, and still has the will-power tocharge $5.00 for half of what was previously a decent side option for breakfast. I could have understood the size reduction, ifaccompanied by a price reduction to maybe $2.00 or $2.50. But to blatantly charge for one-half of the previous portion andplace it into the same size cup as before, which made it look even smaller, is a total disregard for product presentation a Read more

The store on N. Main st. In High Point is beautiful but the service is terrible. So terrible, in fact, that you're probably... better off not visiting on weekends at all. The photo at the counter says "use the kiosk" (pictured today), but the kiosk (alsopictured from today) says they're out of everything. The the other photos are posted from two separate attempted visits. Bothwere taken at least two hours before closing. The first time I adjusted and made due. The second time (today), I just left. It's clear the staff doesn't want anyone there anyway. I've even witnessed staff members taking boxes full of Product to theircars, and later telling customers who wandered that the item they wanted was "sold out", when I knew there was a box full ofthat item in the associate's car. It's like a contest to see who can get the most out of their employer while doing the leastamount of work possible. I'd like to see the balance sheets and compare them to the amount of product going through that store. I bet if corporate leaders cared to look, they'd find a serious leak. Meanwhile, right across town, the store on Penny Road isstocked and staffed with helpful, professional, and inspired staff members. I for one am never going to the N. Main storeagain. Do yourself a favor...stick to the Penny road store. At least they are glad to see you. Read more

This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I would give them a one but I have had previous favorable experiences... at Panera Bread's elsewhere. I took my wife and my grandson here for a nice evening out, after putt putt. Jaxson wanted to gohere. Each one of us placed our order and all 3 of us had to repeat our order, over and over. I got the feeling that the younglady's mind was somewhere else and that she really was not paying attention to us. I left the tip up front but now, I wish Ihadn't. The bill was over $60. More than $20 apiece. I knew something had to be wrong. We finished placing our order at 5:40. Inabout 20 minutes they called my name and I came up, to pick up my order and they told me that they did not have the squash soupthat we ordered. Since none of us ordered squash soup, I told them what we did order. And they would need to refund theunordered soup. The manager told me to come to the counter. I had to wait in line again. He lectured the girl for not gettingmy my order right but never bothered to apologize to the customer, (me)! When they went to give me the refund, they could notuse the card that I ordered with. I have no idea why... He wanted to know if I had another card to use. I told him I should nothave to provide another card, than the one that I paid with. So finally, he gave me the money back for the unordered soup. Therewas never an apology during this time, or any type of pleasant comment to make me feel better about being overcharged. After 35minutes of waiting, I sent my wife up there. Because I was too annoyed to be pleasant and talk to them. They finally gave herthe order after we had waited 40 minutes. And the order was not correct, ... again. I sent my wife back up there, to get themissing item. It was literally 45+ minutes before we got our completed order. What made it worse from my point of view is that:This unpleasant scenario happened, while the restaurant was not busy. Again, no apology or offe Read more
