My husband and I order Kona Mochas daily. This sheetz is always spot on. They are always blended perfectly, and the staff is... always super nice. I always call stores ahead of time to ask them to blend it on 4 or double blend it so it won?t be half fullwith ice chunks. I always know our drinks will be perfect here! Read more
Came here today (4-10-2021) little after lunch and ordered a cheesecake sub and some mozzarella sticks. Sub was toasted to the... point i could have used it as a brick but completely soggy on the bottom half. Mozzarella sticks were completely over cooked andall stuck together thanks to the cheese being on the outside of them????. Very disappointed in this sheetz and no worth themoney i paid. Idk why they raised the wages, cook employee doesnt seem to really care about her job. Cashier was a completesweetheart to everyone in line though! Read more
My father had a low pressure in one of the tires and so we stopped at sheetz while getting some food. The air pressure machine... is not accurate and does not work. Keeps giving error code. It was an ordeal to fill up one tire. The device kept leaking airwhile trying to fill and had to hold it super tight just for some air to go in. It took me, a 30 year old, a good 5 minutes tofill up one tire with lot of effort. It finally reached 32psi after 3 to 4 errors. I got the air checked at discount tire downthe road and they said pressure was actually at 42. It was way higher. I appreciate Sheetz offering free air pressure servicesbut I rather pay for accurate service rather than free that may cause my tires to blow or incur additional damage. This is my go to Sheetz. The store is usually clean and most of the employees are always friendly. The last few times I have... been in there this hasn't really been the case but I am going to chalk that up to Covid-19 exhaustion. The food is always goodand ready before the estimated wait times. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the tire air pump is out of servicemore than it is in service. I will continue to use this gas station over other competitors that are closer to my house. Sheetzis just a better experience hands down. Read more
Terrible Customer Service! Shame on Sheetz for employing Managers and staff that do not greet, speak or welcome their guest. I... have been going there for 5 months ( strictly out of convenience). I have stood directly next to the Mgr whom always in the a.m.holding a clipboard and head down that never speaks. There is a cashier that stands stale, stiff and silent at the register, youask her a question and she doesnt know the answer. Retraining needs to be implemented badly! The Manager sets the tone on howhe/she operates the store and the staff follows the lead. For months now, there is no presence of a welcome! (Never even offereda free coffee). I finally have stopped punching myself, picked another Sheetz! I receive a hello, small talk, and smiles eachmorning! Sheetz Corp needs a visit to that location and maybe even realign and reposition staffing! It's a clean store with dulland stale atmosphere. Read more
When you?re driving and you get thirsty and/or have to the restroom, stopping at a Sheetz is not a bad idea. I stopped here on a... Monday afternoon around 4pm for the primary reason of getting something to drink. When you first walk into the right there is aseating area along with 4 kiosk to place food orders. I did not see anyone in the food preparation area, however. Along thewall to the left was beverage stations where there was coffee, fountain drinks, and slushies. The trashcan must have been fullbecause I saw a cup hanging out of the hole where trash goes. I notice a bag of dominion sugar sitting in front of the containerlabeled fresh brude tea. Along the right wall in the front was the cashier area. In between the walls were the aisles for thesnacks. The bottled drinks coolers are located along the right side just before the restrooms. They have a beer cave that?sdirectly in the back. I decided to go to the restroom too. It wasn?t dirty, but it wasn?t clean either. There were paper towelson the sink. In the larger stall, there was A baby change station. There was also toilet paper all over the floor by next to thetoilet. Neither of the two stalls had toilet paper in them. I?m glad I didn?t have to poop, because I would?ve been S.O.L?. There were two urinals that was clean, one of which are used. The soap dispenser had soap in it and the air dryer work. I endedup getting to Arizona teas, which was two for $4. There was a line when I walked in, however by the time I browsed and chose mydrink there was no wait. The cashier was super friendly and I noticed that she was multitasking by doing something with what Iassume to be the change dispenser. Overall, the store itself was clean. There was a PNC bank ATM and a lottery vending machine.The men?s restroom definitely needed some TLC and to be restocked. Read more
