Tonight was the first time in a long time that I've had impeccable service at a fast-food restaurant! I placed my order on the... app around 5pm and got there to retrieve my food via drive-thru around 5:30. The girl taking the orders was very polite andefficient! I beleive she said her name was Caroline? Anyway, she was great! Then the girl who made my drinks and gave me myorder was just as nice and efficient! She gave me the hot sauce I asked for and service with a smile for once!! Amazing! Evenjust from over-hearing the employees interacting with one another while waiting for my food it seemed like everyone was happyand kind. The vibe was good! My order was kind of large and they separated it into two bags so nothing was squashed like itusually is. My order was 100% correct and everything tasted great! I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of meat andtoppings on every single item we ordered! Usually the tacos and chalupas are quite lacking, but tonight they were perfect!???? Ordered Bacon Breakfast Crunch wrap and Senior Coffee. Amount owed was more than usual for that order so I asked if I got the... senior coffee. She said yes and I didn't get a receipt. When I got home, I found that I had a been given a Sausage Crunchwrap.Perhaps that is why it cost more. Read more
I have not eaten at taco bell in some time and today took a chance and ordered the #1 taco supreme. Got home and opened the... first taco and took a bite. The shell was stale and the meat, if that is what this was called, had no flavor. So there were 2more tacos in the bag. Thought maybe it was just that taco. Nope.... all three tasted stale and nasty. Would have taken itback but wasn't worth the gas to take it back. So once again there won't be any more "give you another try" for thisestablishment. If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. Update: I don?t know if I?m in an alternate universe today or what. But I just had the greatest service from this restaurant... twice today. ?? Make sure you check your bags before you leave to ensure you have your entire order. Otherwise when you try tocome back the literal next day they will not fix their mistake. Read more
Friday night at 7:45pm ordered food, Got home it was wrong. Drive through was not busy. Went back to taco bell order was... replaced. Arrived home at 8:09pm order was wrong again. Gave up on trying to get the right order. With gas being so high and nottrying to act a fool, I just decided to not eat that this location ever again. %100 of the time you will not get what you payfor or the order will be wrong. I don't usually post a review but I'm gonna be honest.. this taco bell disappoints. Especially the crunch wraps.. they have been... soggy and not properly folded every time I've gotten it.. and that's a favorite of mine ???? Read more
Firstly the lady on the drive through yelled at me because she kept messing up my taco order. 3 steak tacos with guac, pretty... simple. She sucks. I also ordered in addition to that a soft taco 12 pack. The picture speaks for itself and they tasted likelunchable tacos. This taco bell is terrible. Read more
Always takes a long time to order and get food. Even in drive thru. Staff seems to not want to be there, don't interact with... guests inside, and are short with guests in drive thru. This store is regularly out of items. And what is available you have towait for them to get ready Read more
