Worked there many many meany years ago. Was a happy family experience. If things are the same as they were back then anyone... would be lucky to work with them. Things did not end on sister great thing. Not due to my fault. But would love to have beenable to continue to have worked for them. The food was good I asked the lady to cook my egg a little bit more and she did and the waffles was good too it just gets real... busy in there really fast and so it takes a little bit longer to get your food and get seated cuz they don't have a busboy butthey need to hire somebody to do that for sure other than that the food was good Read more
I wish zero Stars was an option.. Tried to call in an order (8:05pm on Sunday) staff was too lazy to answer the phone and let... the recording tell me they were too busy to take orders because they were focused on their dine-in customers. Went to place ato-go order at the location, (8:20pm) zero cars in the parking lot, 0 customers. Instead of being greeted by the staff I wasbluntly told "grills closed, we'll start again around 9:00" apparently staff is too lazy to work a full shift and stops an hourearly to wait on the next shift. Every other waffle House I've ever been in, the cook continues to do their job until thereplacement shows up and the next shift take over the grill... I wonder if the owner of the franchise knows they turn awaycustomers for an hour or so at shift change..... Read more
Went with a friend early morning hours on a Saturday. The food was awesome, staff could have appeared motivated/enthused to be... there, but the service was not bad overall. There is handicap accessible entrance and bathrooms at this location. When I wasthere, it wasn't busy, just steady, there was no wait, the food was hot, and coffee fresh! Thanks!! I can?t believe how I was treated at this Waffle House at this location. I am a mature Black male. I came alone. I didn?t... receive a ?Hello?, Waitress came buy asked me for my order. Waffle came first, cold, then coffee came second, old and cold, Iwas giving eye contact to anyone who looked over my direction, very little of that. Instead, one waitress looked and laughed atme to another waiter. It seemed that I was not very welcome at all here. My dark skinned complexion seemed threatening here. I?mlearning my lesson since I moved from NY In April of 21?. There was no equality as far as human compassion there and there iscertainly none here. Times haven?t changed it seems. Before I was done with my meal, and most disgusted at the lack of service,I channeled that energy to open the door of an elderly couple. Not my complexion of course. A small experience, yes. The staff were great and friendly. Plus the location was simple and easy to find plus the food was good.
