This was my second time eating here. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! The food was great but the service was horrible. The two... girls that was working was very rude. The music was very loud and inappropriate, I ordered 5 ranches and when my food came out Ionly got four. I took my receipt and showed the lady I ordered 5 ranches and I only got 4 and she proceeded to tell me there was5 ranches on there and then walks over to my food to count them. Then a friend of mine wanted Fanta and it went out right as shewas getting her drink. The lady was like oh ok and proceeded to keep working then a gentleman came in and said something aboutthe Fanta and stopes making someone?s order to help him. I wish I could tell you something about the quality of food but I can't because I didn't make it that far. I hae never ate at... wingstop before but because it's late and I was hungry I looked online to see what time they close because I was literally rightbeside wingstop and could see people pull up to get there food. I called with 20 minutes left until they closed. I finally wasable to speak to someone with 17 minutes left until they close. I told him I was right beside winstop and would like to place aorder. He said we stop taking calls for pickup at 1130pm. I said can I try online he said "you can try, but man we close in 10mins" . Very poor quality. Ordered online at 2pm and got my food around 2:20. Fries were cold and two of the wings were the size of my... thumb. (No Joke) Not worth the $16 for a 10 piece with fries. Read more
I just paid over $12 for ten cold boneless wings that were the size of chick-fil-a nuggets. They tore my receipt off the bag so... I can?t do the post-sale survey on their website. Don?t waste your time with Wing Stop. Get wings from literally anywhere else. Read more
I wanted to try this place but not anymore! I walked in and there was only one person working. He asked me if I was picking up... an online order. I said no I wanted to place the order here. He promptly proceeded to ignore me for about three minutes. Twoother groups walked in and he then said to us that they were not taking any carry out orders and we would be better off placingthe order online. I went there for an online order and waited for over an hour. They refused to give me my 3 sauces that come with a 30 wing... count. African American lady at the counter with blonde and black hair is very unprofessional and refused to give me the sauceand tried to charge me. She also turned customers away because they couldn?t keep up with the order count. She did not help, shewas standing at a register with no line on her phone. Horrible first experience!!! So it's the first time we stop in to eat and as we let the cashier know that, she tells us it's her... last day of her 30days working there! Says there is too much drama for her. (& She was actually the only nice one.) As we arewaiting for our food an employee from the back of the kitchen is yelling out loud to who I believe was the manager, angry,speaking profanity and sincerely scary. I was very upset that my 2 girls were getting scared and exposed to the language and wayhe was speaking, threatening to fight the manager. The sad part from all of this is that the MANAGER NEVER came out to sayanything! Matter of fact the one apologizing was the cashier who was working her last day! Priority and attitude issues. I went into this particular Wingstop two days ago at 11:10 -11:20 at the latest and I didn?t get... my food until 11:37. That is not a long wait time in general, but for the order that I had gotten, it was unnecessarily toolong. I had ordered a chicken sandwich and corn and I was the only customer in there. The two girls that were working at thetime took my order and then started working on online orders for a good 15-20 minutes before I said anything. I was on my lunchbreak and needed to get back by 11:45. When I politely asked them how much longer it would take, they did not answer me but theydid start making my food and two minutes later I received it. If my order took only two minutes, why couldn?t they have justknocked it off when I first ordered it? The world may never know. But I will say that the third women that clocked in and handedme my food was polite. Edit: the Wingstop that I am currently at (West Gare City Blvd) is busy, but they were still able to getme my food in less time than it took the Wingstop on North Main. Funny. Read more
