I wish I?d checked reviews before ordering dinner for my family on a lazy night. Ordered at 6:42, 8:03 and still waiting though... our order (3 items) has been ?quality checked? and waiting for delivery since 6:51. Called for an update a few minutes ago andwas told it would be another 40+ minutes, and that they couldn?t issue a refund unless we visited the store with the card we hadused (we also wanted to pay cash but they won?t allow that unless it?s under $30). We ended up picking up the food around 8:15with a promise it would be remade. Definitely wasn?t. The pasta had burn marks from being reheated and wasn?t slightly lukewarm,wings were cold, pizza also unimpressive and dry. They also left out the sauce we ordered for the wings. Save your money andyour taste buds. They did nothing to rectify this situation, either. Read more
I sat in curbside pick up for 15 min, then tried to call I finally got ahold of the store and they told me to hold while they... sat and looked at me for another 10 I had my child in the car So I didn?t really want to get her out of her car seat, I ended upgoin inside to grab my now cold, and poorly made doughey pizzas I shall not be returning Read more
DO NOT ORDER IN HIGH RIDGE. I ordered an online delivery and after waiting, i called to see when my order would be delivered. I... was told my order was pick up. When I corrected them on their mistake, I was informed that I would be charged for yet anotherdelivery charge even though my reciept clearly shows I paid the delivery charge and a tip as well. This is the first order Ihave made from them in a while. The last order was delivered to the wrong address twice before we actually recieved the order onthe third attempt. Do NOT order from them, unless you want to spend time with customer service getting refunded on an emptystomach. Read more
The manager Lauren I believe was awful. We placed an order at 4:00 l. It was supposed to be delivered within 30-40 minutes. An... hr went by so we called and she said our order was the next to go out. 25 more minutes go by and we call again the pizza justgot put in the oven. My husband asked for a manager and the MANAGER hung up on him. I called back and asked for a refund theysaid they could only credit our account. I said that's ridiculous we've been waiting almost 2 hrs at this point. She hung up onme as well then canceled my order. From the others reviews we were lucky bc it seems their quality of food is poor. WE WILLNEVER WASTE OUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. it's worth the drive to go 20 minutes to fenton and get Papa John's. This company is going down hill very quickly. The delivery drivers have always been amazing to us. Its the infant mentality... displayed by the little girls and little boys that make the pizza's inside of this establishment. They do a horrible job atputting the pies together and it shows. They definitely need to be trained in customer service as well. Read more
So I ordered a pizza and cheese stuffed bread sticks with garlic butter instead of marinara. I placed order at 12:23pm on... Monday. They said it would be 27-37 minutes for delivery. At 1:40pm I received my order even though the tracker said they waschecking over my order at 12:56pm. The driver dropped my pizza off and when I got inside i opened the box to find a burnt pizzaand no garlic butter. I call the store and the manager Christopher stated he could send the driver back and pick up the pizza tobring back and make a new one or put a credit in for another pizza for another day. I told them I wasn't going to wait anotherhour and a half to get another burnt pizza. The pizza was so crispy that it could stand up on its own. Mind you it was a panpizza. This is the second time my family has ordered from here and had issues. My mom order one night and waited 5 hours toreceive her pizza. Placed my order via the app for pickup. Arrived and notified the app that I was there waiting. My tracker updated that my order... was complete as if it was brought out to my car which is had not been. After waiting for 10 more min I finally called and wastold they forgot to make one of my pizzas and it was in the oven now. Well according to your store policy, you owe me free pizzafor making me wait over 15 min over the tracker time. So if that wasn?t bad enough ,found this plastic piece in one of mypizza?s! No matter what day if the week it is or what time of day it is this store just can't get it together. The staff is rude and... obviously doesn't want to be there. Every time I order from this location they get my order incorrect I think McDonald's does abetter job at being more accurate. This time I ordered a pan pizza, staff not present, when staff finally provided me my ordershe was rude. I get home only to find my pan pizza was a hand toss in a pan box. This was a free reward pizza so I am justdealing with the mistake but get it together any more these days I rather goto a different restaurant or another Domino'slocation. Read more
