I think the staff need to listen instead of rushing through the order. When someone places an order they expect to get what... they ordered!!! It?s not that hard to actually listen!! When you spend over $40 you expect to get exactly what you ordered. Receiving a coke instead of a Diet Coke is.one thing but then you get the salad wrong too. Come on?. Read more

Food is mostly good - if you get it all. They often short the 8 piece Toasted Ravioli by 1 piece. May not seem like a big deal... but it's a $1 each time they do it. On the fence if I'll keep ordering. It's pretty expensive. Love their cheese and saladdressing though! Read more
Come on Frankie Imo... I didn't expect that Imos, the "core" pizza establishments of St. Louis, would actually include the core... in your salad! That wasn't the only "Bummer" I encountered this evening. I have never ordered from this location before andprobably won't again. Your staff member told me "someone" had to be the Guinea Pig today! Really? After explaining that theordering system was new, I couldn't receive the 20% discount you're boasting! It wasn't possible to place my order online, so I had to call it in. Not only did I lose my previous "Rewards" points, but now it seems your system needs to work out someglitches! But hey, you threw in a nice big core of lettuce... rethink your service and stick to pizza! Read more
Stopped in at the Imos in High Ridge for a couple of Imos Exta Special sandwiches and a couple of drinks for lunch. Dining in is... still not an option due to Covid but they do have a waiting area inside still open. This was the cleanest Imos I have ever beenin and the service was good and our food was hot! This is a cozy spot to catch the game and eat the best pizza around. Friendly staff, delicious food and great location. Get... your toasted ravioli, signature salad and famous St. Louis style pizza. They offer delivery, take-out and dine in. Fastservice, clean location. We ordered two large pizzas, toasted ravioli, provel bites and chicken strips (tenders). Everythingwas hot, the chicken was juicy, ravioli was golden brown and the pizza was perfectly crisp and delicious. Whenever I'm in townthis is my first stop. I highly recommend this location. While on my way to pick up I... get a call at 10:33pm grumpily asking if I'm coming to pick up my food or not because they are about to close.
