Went through the drive through and was already addressed at the speaker with quite a bit of attitude, then got to the window... with exact change just to hear the employee ranting about my cash payment and practically throw my food at me with a mean ?enjoyyour day?. I don?t typically complain about fast food workers, anyone can have a bad day, but this was so unnecessary and rude.You don?t know how the people you?re serving feel. Great for a meal to grab when one is on the go. Service at the drive thru is great, time spent in line could be a bit faster but... hey! They are making fresh food...I'd rather have that than the other places who have a holding bin with stale burgers... My alltime favorite menu items are the tacos, junior jumbo jack, panko onion rings and chicken fajita pitas. A nice, icy cherry Coketoo. Prices have gone up a bit, however much more reasonable than the competition. Read more

Good burgers and breakfast sandwiches. But don't get anything fried from this location. The fryer grease is disgusting. It's... like they never change their fryer oil. Last few times I went here everything fried tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. ????horrible. I am only giving 2 stars because of the decent sandwhiches. Change the fryer oil for the love of God. Also thislocation is closed when it's supposed to be open often. Read more
Always a hot mess. Was out of kids milk, missed a med curly fry and very rude when I went back in to get it which they were out... of so I got a regular fry for the price of a curly. Honestly wouldnt care if they were polite. Read more

Tonight they didn?t toast the sourdough. The wedges are cold and taste like they were fried with donuts and fish. The last 4... times I went to this location the food was terrible. One Thursday night, about three months ago we sat in the drive through for25 min. Jack in the box food is good, but not at this location. I?m never going back. They don?t care. Read more
They are getting better, but still have several issues at this location that needs to be addressed. First, numerous items on... your menu are messy just inherently so PLEASE give us napkins!!! They never do! And second, when we order a large drink...wewant a large drink. Not a large cup of ice with very little in it to actually drink! I still cannot believe many of theseworkers are worth the $15 an hour that most of them did not earn. Read more
