Literally put the most amount of mustard I?ve seen on my sandwich, so I asked could you please go easier with the Mayo, then... proceeds to put on the same amount of Mayo as mustard and looks at me and says sorry if that?s too much?. Well obviously If Iasked you to go easier it was too much and the right answer in customer service would have been to offer to remake. Read more

Ordered on the Subway App, get to the store and wait there for 30 minutes until someone finally starts to go to make my order.... They go to their computer and say they did not receive my order. I showed them it charged my bank account and they said there isnothing they can do about it. I waited for 30 minutes for them to tell me I never ordered even though I have a receipt in handand a charge on my bank account. The Subway worker even verified the address and that the order went through, but they did notreceive it. Wouldn't recommend eating/ordering from this place. Read more

Very poor customer service experience. Flat bread stuck to the paper in the box. Cheese everywhere stuck. Ordered a sandwich... with out onions. They put onions on it. First told me I orders them. I ordered red wine vinegar not onions. They told me just topick them off when I called to complain. Read more

Okay I have a few issues one. Don't talk on the phone while you make food. Next issue don't use the gloves ur picking up... toppings with to push you Airpods in and go back to handling food. Last issue no way a sub meal is worth 14 dollars at Subway.I suggest if you want a sub Pomidiros or Mr Good cent for the price I paid for 1 subway meal I can get a 16 inch sub for the samprice else where and it be actual quality ingredients. We ordered our favorite!!.. sweet onion chicken teriyaki, toasted. Well, they didn't toast our sandwiches for long enough..and... this location no longer carries the clear sweet onion sauce anymore. The clear sauce used to be the condiment of that particulardish...how are they just gonna stop selling that?!?!?! Makes no sense! The sandwiches went to waste and got thrown away bcus ofall the teriyaki sauce that they poured on our finished product. Let's just use this word...GROSS!!! Read more

Ordered online for pickup. Got my order and it looked right but when I got home, my sandwich was completely incorrect. Called... back to see if I could come back and get it made correctly. She told me I was lying and that she made it right. Offered to bringit back and show her. She said that there was nothing she could do since she made it right and I'm just trying to get somethingfor free. I told her I wasn't upset, I just wanted the sandwich that I ordered. She called me the b-word and hung up on me.Tried to call corporate but never got a response. Mistakes happen and that's fine- all I want is my sandwich. :( Read more
