made an online order at 10:30, 30 minutes before their current temporary closing hours. came through, seemed friendly at window... and speaker. get home and my mozzarella sticks and chicken rings are undercooked, my sliders have random amounts of pickles onthem (one has 5?) and the burger meat is overcooked. if youre open until 11, dont be mad when a customer comes through before11, thats all i have to say. This was the second of two locations we went to. The employees were arguing with each other, going in and out of the store,... lying on the ground outside and food was terrible. When the frozen food is better by a long shot, the company has problems. Read more

I love White Castle and will forever, BUT today they absolutely dropped the ball. Window says open, but they were not. No signs... they were closed. We sat in drive though patently waiting for that incredible smell and wonderful taste for about 10 minutesbefore someone figured it out!
