Emiley you made my birthday supper extra wonderful,... you were friendly and extra careful when putting in my gluten free order . You made sure we had everything we needed without ushaving to ask. I was with my boyfriend and visited the location. It wasn’t seems a busy night. Our steak wasn’t cook well. Ordered a medium... steak but end up a medium well instead, explained to the server and he told me to fix it and brought as a well done steak then.(he might ask the chef to cook more) Sever must check and need to learn the proper steak doneness. I ordered a medium steak but got medium well. They brought me a second steak but it wasn't good either. Terribly oversalted. ... I've been to Canmore Boostpizza and their NY steak is much better. Here they just said it's not their steak. From my point ofview, it would like to change the chef. But the service was pleasant. Other food too. Unfortunately, I was probably unluckywith the steak. The last two times into the bar area, it stinks. I asked the staff both times to wipe the table, and the smell was coming from a... dirty dish rag. This doesn't make for a pleasant dining experience and makes you question the safe food handling practices ofthe staff. Read more
I haven’t been to a Boston Pizza in years. On our travels to Alberta the kids were asking to go and try it out. We had a... small mishap with our order and the restaurant went way above and beyond anything we would have expected to correct theaccidental mistake. The food was spot on. I tried the vegan pizza as I have dairy allergy and it is the best one I have hadyet both crust and toppings and I have tried a lot. We also got a summer special Hawaiian type pizza that was also excellent. All 4 of our kids were extremely happy with their meals (noodles, pizzas and burger) which almost never happens. The chocolateexplosion dessert was excellent as well. Highly recommend for great food and exceptional service. Thank you…..we will beback again and encourage others! Read more
So for starters, it smells amazing in BPs. As well, we were seated very fast, so that was nice. The service was exemplary and... was also quite fast, so we didn't have to wait long. Lastly, the food was to die for. Like I feel like the food is so good Iwant it to be my last meal. Very good beer selection too. 10/10 would recommend for a very good meal. Read more
