The service was good, even if it was a little slow. And no it wasn't busy.

I had their Salmon Teriyaki the other day, the rice was hard and the California rolls were falling apart. Not to mention that... whomever put the pack of soy sauce ( which shouldn't be inside the bento box) was on top of the Wasabi and made a mess, therewasn't any customers in the dining area but the tables weren't clean. I'm not the type to complain about these kind of things,but the quality of the food was definitely better when the store recently open. Paid for double meat and I didn?t get it which is upsetting because that?s and extra 4.5$ and when I asked them about it they... just said that?s the portion size and said I was wrong. It?s not that they messed up my order but it?s the fact that they reallycould care less to fix it. Read more

Very disappointed with this place. For being new it's dirty and even had ants all over the pop station. Ask for no mushrooms in... a meal due to allergies and ended up finding mushrooms in the dish!!! Had to throw it out because it was a grab and go lunch.Never ever going back!! Read more

Every time I go in my order is wrong. The sushi is falling apart and they do not read the actual order. They just make it how... they want. Will not be returning again. I waste my lunch hour and gas to have to go back time and time again. Read more

Tasted good, but was not put together well sushi was cut weird and uneven and not rolled very good.

Not too sure why but when I came in immediately the one older lady was so rude when I was ordering as if I was doing her a dis... service by ordering. I ordered something normal I feel grilled vegetables with soba noodles no mushrooms and it?s as if Iordered some weird strange thing from outer space. Then got my order wrong and acted as though it?s my fault. She?s reallyholding a grudge from when my son knocked over the floor is wet sign lol? ok??? The other girl was receptive though. I might suggest maintaining some sort of consistency with the preparing of the rolls and sushi. Ingredients are great but the... rolls and nigiri were falling apart. Or perhaps have one person that is specifically trained in that? Would love to eat thesushi platters regularly but definitely need to find a way to prepare them better. Staff is great and friendly though. Maybejust working out some kinks still. Read more
