My husband and I spent the weekend at Ginnie springs for his birthday. When we drove in we saw this place and thought we would... get pizza from there, the sign says they deliver. When we called to get delivery, they told us they don't deliver. So we droveinto town and got there around 8:15. They close at 9:00 that day and we thought that would be plenty of time to notinconvenience them before they close. We ordered the Greek salad, the cheesy garlic bread, and a large pizza. The food was good.Wasn't exceptional, but it was good for a small town. Though we told them we wanted to dine in, not take out, all the food wasbrought to us in takeout containers, with no plates, no parmesan, no cracked pepper. They didn't even offer us a glass of water.We sat outside so they could close up the inside even though it was only 8:30 by this time. At 8:40, the owner of the place cameto check on us and we asked if we could have some plates and he brought them to us, with some annoyed vibe. And then he told usthat he was going to turn the lights off. I thought he was talking about inside the restaurant so I said okay. Next thing I knowall the lights on the patio turn off and we're sitting there in the pitch dark trying to eat our dinner. I was shocked and upsetand ask him why he turned the lights off and he said they were trying to leave and he clearly was upset and annoyed by us, but Ifeel like you don't close a restaurant when you have a customer sitting there trying to enjoy a meal, especially if you'resupposed to be open. Quite rude, inconsiderate and uncaring to let your customers sit and eat in the dark. They did turn thelights on and waited for us to leave but he certainly didn't make us feel very welcome in his way of doing it. Food wasn't worththe feeling of being a burden. Super service, great pizza and wings, after swimming in the springs all morning it was nice to stop here and recharge batteries... for more fun the rest of the day, not far from Ginnie springs so we were able to return in no time. All and all a good place toeat! They also have a nice accessible outdoor dining area which we enjoyed our meal at. Read more

Family of 11 traveling from Lucedale MS to St. Augustine FL with a detour to Gilchrist park. Small home town feel . We ordered the Italian subs my daughter and I. They were very good and overflowing with toppings. We then... ordered a small cheese pizza for our dinner camping. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was small indoor and outdoor diningavailable. You can watch the staff make the pizza which is amazing. Old style pizza oven not the ones they have at say littleCaesars or dominos. Pizza tasted great. If even in town again I'm sure we'll stop back in to grab some grub. Read more
